【摘要】：目的分析中國(guó)中醫(yī)科學(xué)院廣安門(mén)醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科治療冠心病合并非瓣膜性房顫患者的用藥特點(diǎn)及組方規(guī)律。方法收集2012年7月—2015年7月228例冠心病合并非瓣膜性房顫住院患者的臨床資料,基于中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(tái)V2.5軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果治療冠心病合并非瓣膜性房顫共涉及方劑408首,包含藥物309種。將支持度設(shè)置為61,置信度設(shè)置為0.6,得到常用藥物的組合模式24種,得到關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則13條。設(shè)置相關(guān)度為8,懲罰度為4,基于復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)熵聚類的核心組合38種,基于熵層次聚類的治療冠心病合并非瓣膜性房顫的新方組合19個(gè)。結(jié)論中國(guó)中醫(yī)科學(xué)院廣安門(mén)心內(nèi)科治療冠心病合并非瓣膜性房顫以益氣養(yǎng)陰為主,輔以活血化瘀、健脾祛濕;在此基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)熵聚類分析得出新方組合19個(gè),有待臨床的進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical characteristics and prescription of cardiology in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with non-valvular atrial fibrillation in Guanganmen Hospital, Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods from July 2012 to July 2015, 228 cases of coronary heart disease were collected. Clinical data of inpatients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. Results the treatment of coronary heart disease with non-valvular atrial fibrillation involved 408 prescriptions, including 309 kinds of drugs. The support degree was set to 61. The confidence degree is set to 0.6, 24 kinds of combination modes of common drugs are obtained, and 13 rules of association are obtained. The set correlation degree is 8, the penalty degree is 4, and the core combination based on complex network entropy clustering is 38 kinds. There are 19 new prescriptions for the treatment of coronary heart disease with non-valvular atrial fibrillation based on entropy hierarchical clustering. Conclusion the main treatment of coronary heart disease with non-valvular atrial fibrillation is to nourish qi and nourish yin in the treatment of coronary heart disease with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. Auxiliary to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, invigorate spleen and remove dampness; On this basis, 19 new combinations are obtained by entropy clustering analysis of complex networks, which need further clinical verification.
