【摘要】：目的:觀察辨證針刺與常規(guī)針刺治療瞳神緊小的臨床研究療效是否有差異,前者是否優(yōu)于后者。方法:利用前瞻性研究,隨機(jī)分組對照的方式,觀察患者共60例60眼(病例均為2014年1月~2015年7月長春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附院眼科門診及療區(qū)患者),并將其劃分為治療組和對照組,治療組給以辨證分型針刺配合西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,對照組給以常規(guī)針刺配合西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,觀察對比兩組治療前后的視力改善情況、中醫(yī)癥候評分、治愈天數(shù)及疾病復(fù)發(fā)情況。結(jié)果:治療后兩組總有效率對比,治療組為96.67%,對照組為80%,兩組差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療前后視力改善情況差異不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),中醫(yī)癥候評分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治愈病例中復(fù)發(fā)率對比差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:針刺聯(lián)合辨證分型選穴治療瞳神緊小的效果優(yōu)于常規(guī)選穴針刺治療,可以有效改善眼部癥狀、縮短療程、延緩該病復(fù)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe whether there is a difference in the curative effect between acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation and routine acupuncture in the treatment of small mydriasis, and whether the former is superior to the latter. Methods: a prospective study was conducted and a randomized controlled study was conducted. A total of 60 cases (60 eyes) were observed. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group from January 2014 to July 2015. The treatment group was treated with syndrome differentiation acupuncture combined with western medicine routine treatment, the control group was given routine acupuncture combined with western medicine routine treatment, observation and comparison of the two groups before and after treatment of visual acuity improvement, TCM syndrome score. Results: after treatment, the total effective rate was 96.67 in the treatment group and 80 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The difference of visual acuity before and after treatment was not statistically significant (P 0.05), but the difference of TCM symptom score was statistically significant (P 0.05). The difference of recurrence rate in cured cases was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of acupuncture combined with syndrome differentiation in the treatment of mydriasis is better than that of conventional acupuncture. Can effectively improve eye symptoms, shorten the course of treatment, delay the recurrence of the disease.
