【摘要】：目的:研究中藥湯劑香天麻湯驗方治療陰虛陽亢型高血壓合并糖耐量減低,觀察控制血壓及血糖的療效,以體現(xiàn)中醫(yī)“治未病”的目的,并對所有患者均進(jìn)行生活方式教育。方法:符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的61例陰虛陽亢型高血壓合糖耐量減低患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分為治療組和對照組,對照組常規(guī)口服纈沙坦控制血壓,對血壓控制不理想者加服氨氯地平片,治療組在對照組治療方案基礎(chǔ)上加“香天麻湯”。記錄2組患者治療前后全天平均血壓,餐后2h血糖,及血糖轉(zhuǎn)歸情況。結(jié)果:治療組全天平均血壓收縮壓、餐后2h血糖水平顯著低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,血糖轉(zhuǎn)歸:治療組血糖轉(zhuǎn)歸正常21例(67%)遠(yuǎn)高于對照組(33%),進(jìn)展為2型糖尿病2例(6%)低于對照組5例(16%),差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。治療組與對照組比較,治療組證狀改善更加明顯,與對照組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)結(jié)論:香天麻湯在對陰虛陽亢型高血壓能有效穩(wěn)定收縮壓的同時,還能明顯改善患者眩暈頭痛、潮熱盜汗、五心煩熱、口干口渴、腰膝酸軟等癥狀,能阻止糖耐量減低屬此中醫(yī)證型患者過早進(jìn)展為糖尿病的發(fā)生,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the traditional Chinese medicine decoction fragrant Tianma Decoction prescription treatment hyperactivity hypertension and impaired glucose tolerance, blood pressure and blood sugar control efficacy observation, in order to reflect the "preventive treatment of disease", and all the patients were given life style education. Methods: 61 cases of hyperactivity hypertension combined with standard IGT patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group routine oral administration of valsartan on blood pressure control, blood pressure control is not ideal for those with amlodipine tablets, the treatment group added "fragrant Tianma Decoction" in the control group treatment scheme based on records of 2 groups before and after treatment. Results: the treatment group all day long average systolic blood pressure, 2h postprandial blood glucose levels were significantly lower than the control group, a statistically significant difference in blood glucose prognosis: normal 21 cases in the treatment group (67%) was much higher than that of glucose turnover The control group (33%), 2 cases of type 2 diabetes (6%) than in the control group of 5 cases (16%), the difference was statistically significant. The treatment group compared with control group, the treatment group symptoms improved more obviously, the difference was statistically significant compared with control group (P0.05) conclusion: Tianma Decoction on Yin deficiency in incense yang hyperactivity type hypertension can effectively stabilize blood pressure at the same time, can significantly improve patients with vertigo and headache, hot flashes sweating, five upset hot, dry mouth, thirst, Yaoxisuanruan symptoms can prevent IGT is premature the TCM Syndromes of the patients with progression to diabetes occurrence, it is worthy of clinical application.
