【摘要】：目的：觀察和評(píng)價(jià)山楂檸檬晶治療功能性便秘的臨床療效。旨在研發(fā)一種既能有效改善便秘癥狀,預(yù)防便秘病情加重,又更易被患者接受的新型的、安全的功能性食品,期待為功能性便秘的預(yù)防與治療開(kāi)辟一條新的途徑。方法：將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例功能性便秘患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組30例,對(duì)照組30例,實(shí)驗(yàn)組給予山楂檸檬晶,對(duì)照組給予安慰劑(貝因美樂(lè)護(hù)乳清蛋白營(yíng)養(yǎng)米粉),觀察患者試驗(yàn)前1周,試驗(yàn)后第1、2、4周便秘積分變化,并收集臨床數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)其進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析和療效評(píng)定。結(jié)果：山楂檸檬晶實(shí)驗(yàn)組臨床總有效率為84.85%,安慰劑(貝因美樂(lè)護(hù)乳清蛋白營(yíng)養(yǎng)米粉)對(duì)照組臨床總有效率為9.68%,實(shí)驗(yàn)組顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組；兩組癥狀總積分比較在試驗(yàn)自第二周后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,證明實(shí)驗(yàn)組功能性便秘患者臨床癥狀在治療第二周后有效改善；在臨床觀察過(guò)程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)山楂檸檬晶改善患者排便時(shí)間、糞便性狀癥狀效果顯著,改善排便費(fèi)力程度、排便不盡感、納食減少癥狀效果確切,試驗(yàn)后腹部脹滿、疲倦乏力癥狀較試驗(yàn)前有一定減輕,但尚不明顯,有待進(jìn)一步研究論證；而試驗(yàn)過(guò)程并未發(fā)現(xiàn)山楂檸檬晶有改善排便頻率、腹中疼痛癥狀的作用；兩組在治療期間,并未出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)事件。結(jié)論：山楂檸檬晶作為功能性保健食品,在改善功能性便秘方面,總體療效確切,安全無(wú)毒副作用,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Hawthorn lemon crystal in the treatment of functional constipation. Safe functional food is expected to open up a new way for the prevention and treatment of functional constipation. Methods: 60 patients with functional constipation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 30). 30 cases in the control group were given Hawthorn lemon crystal in the experimental group and placebo was given in the control group. The constipation score of the patients was observed 1 week before the trial and 2 weeks after the trial. The clinical data were collected for statistical analysis and efficacy evaluation. Results: the total effective rate of Hawthorn lemon crystal experimental group was 84.85%. The total clinical effective rate of the control group was 9.68, which was significantly better than that of the control group. There was statistical difference in the total symptom score between the two groups after the second week, which proved that the clinical symptoms of the patients with functional constipation in the experimental group were effectively improved after the second week of treatment. In the course of clinical observation, it was found that Hawthorn lemon crystal improved the time of defecation, the effect of fecal symptom was remarkable, the improvement of defecation was laborious, the defecation was not sensitive, the effect of reducing symptoms by taking food was definite, and the abdomen was full after the experiment. The symptoms of fatigue and fatigue were alleviated to some extent than those before the experiment, but the symptoms were not obvious, which needed to be further studied and demonstrated. However, it was not found that Hawthorn lemon crystal could improve defecation frequency and abdominal pain symptoms. Conclusion: Hawthorn lemon crystal as a functional health food, in the improvement of functional constipation, the overall efficacy is accurate, safe and no side effects. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
