【摘要】:當(dāng)前腧穴敏化的成像研究相對不足,尤其在組織微循環(huán)層次上難以深入。光聲成像具備高對比度、高探測深度、對組織功能特性敏感等特點(diǎn),是微循環(huán)成像領(lǐng)域的主流技術(shù)與前沿?zé)狳c(diǎn)之一。本文簡要介紹了光聲成像,并從結(jié)構(gòu)及功能方面綜述了微循環(huán)的光聲成像研究進(jìn)展。光聲成像能夠?qū)εd趣組織一定深度范圍內(nèi)的微循環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行3D、高空間分辨率成像及量化評價,同時能夠?qū)δ繕?biāo)血管的總血紅蛋白濃度及其氧合水平、血流速、氧代謝水平、微血管舒縮運(yùn)動、血流動力學(xué)等進(jìn)行實(shí)時、動態(tài)監(jiān)測。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文結(jié)合當(dāng)前腧穴微循環(huán)敏化的成像研究進(jìn)展,展望了光聲成像在腧穴微循環(huán)敏化成像研究中的應(yīng)用。光聲成像與腧穴敏化成像研究的實(shí)際需要相符合,在敏化態(tài)腧穴局部微循環(huán)與腧穴的中樞敏化成像上具有應(yīng)用潛力,有望進(jìn)一步明確敏化態(tài)腧穴微循環(huán)的特征性改變,豐富腧穴中樞敏化的具體內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:At present, the study of acupoint sensitization imaging is relatively insufficient, especially in the tissue microcirculation level is difficult to go deep. Photoacoustic imaging has the characteristics of high contrast, high detection depth, sensitive to tissue functional characteristics and so on. It is one of the mainstream technologies and hot spots in the field of microcirculatory imaging. In this paper, photoacoustic imaging is briefly introduced. The research progress of photoacoustic imaging of microcirculation is reviewed in terms of structure and function. Photoacoustic imaging can be used for 3D, high spatial resolution imaging and quantitative evaluation of microcirculatory structures in a certain depth range of tissue of interest. At the same time, the hemoglobin concentration and oxygenation level, blood flow velocity, oxygen metabolism level, microvascular movement, hemodynamics and so on can be monitored in real time and dynamically. In this paper, the application of photoacoustic imaging in the study of acupoint microcirculation sensitization imaging is prospected, which is in line with the actual needs of acupoint sensitization imaging research in combination with the current research progress of acupoint microcirculation sensitization imaging. It has the potential to be applied in the local microcirculation of sensitized acupoints and the central sensitization imaging of acupoints, which is expected to further clarify the characteristic changes of the microcirculation of sensitized acupoints and enrich the specific connotation of the central sensitization of acupoints.
