【摘要】：目的:對針刺配合補瀉手法治療腎虛血瘀型耳鳴的療效觀察。方法:將80例符合納入標準的患者隨機分為四個組:常規(guī)針刺組、常規(guī)針刺配合補瀉手法組、常規(guī)針刺配合電針組和常規(guī)針刺配合補瀉手法及電針組四組,每組20例,治療兩個療程后(一個療程10天),觀察四組患者的治療前后的療效與體征,并給耳鳴予嚴重程度評分以評價其綜合療效的差異。結(jié)果:四組患者在治療后,耳鳴嚴重程度評分較治療前降低,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。四組患者經(jīng)兩兩比較顯示:常規(guī)針刺配合補瀉手法組、常規(guī)針刺配合補瀉手法及電針組可明顯使患者的耳鳴癥狀、嚴重程度評分降低,與常規(guī)針刺組比較,其結(jié)果均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);常規(guī)針刺配合補瀉手法組與常規(guī)針刺配合電針組結(jié)果比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:本研究觀察中四組治療方法治療本病均可減緩患者的耳鳴癥狀,評分改善,尤以常規(guī)針刺配合補瀉手法組和常規(guī)針刺配合補瀉手法及電針組的療效較常規(guī)針刺組療效顯著,提示使用常規(guī)針刺配合補瀉手法治療腎虛血瘀型耳鳴患者與單純針刺比較具有一定優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the curative effect of acupuncture reinforcing reducing manipulation of kidney deficiency and Blood Stasis Treatment of tinnitus. Methods: 80 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into four groups: routine acupuncture group, conventional acupuncture reinforcing reducing manipulation group, conventional acupuncture with electro acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture and electro acupuncture reinforcing reducing manipulation group four. Each group of 20 cases, after two courses of treatment (10 days for a course of treatment), curative effect observation and signs of four groups before and after treatment, the difference and give to tinnitus severity score to evaluate the comprehensive curative effect. Results: four groups of patients after treatment, tinnitus severity scores decreased, there statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The four groups after 22 shows: conventional acupuncture combined with reinforcing reducing manipulation group, conventional acupuncture group and electro acupuncture reinforcing reducing manipulation can obviously make patients with tinnitus symptoms severity score decreased, compared with the routine acupuncture group, The results were statistically significant (P0.05); conventional acupuncture reinforcing reducing manipulation group and conventional acupuncture and electro acupuncture group comparison, no statistically significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion: in this study, four groups of treatment in the observation of the treatment of the disease can be slowed in patients with tinnitus symptoms were improved, especially in the conventional acupuncture combined with purgation the massage group and conventional acupuncture with reinforcing reducing manipulation and acupuncture group than the conventional acupuncture group has obvious curative effect, suggesting the use of conventional acupuncture reinforcing reducing manipulation in patients with kidney deficiency and Blood Stasis Treatment of tinnitus with acupuncture has certain advantages.
