【摘要】：目的:建立高效液相色譜法同時測定民族藥材青陽參中對羥基苯甲酸、香草酸、對羥基苯乙酮、2,5-二羥基苯乙酮、白首烏二苯酮和2,4-二羥基苯乙酮的含量。方法:采用HSS T_3C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色譜柱,以乙腈-0.05%甲酸水溶液(20∶80)為流動相,流速1 m L·min~(-1),檢測波長為260 nm,柱溫30℃,進樣量10μL。結(jié)果:對羥基苯甲酸、香草酸、對羥基苯乙酮、2,5-二羥基苯乙酮、白首烏二苯酮和2,4-二羥基苯乙酮質(zhì)量濃度分別在0.082~4.084μg·m L~(-1)(r=0.999 6)、0.080~4.024μg·m L~(-1)(r=0.999 8)、0.158~7.888μg·m L~(-1)(r=0.999 7)、0.078~3.900μg·m L~(-1)(r=0.999 7)、0.308~15.41μg·m L~(-1)(r=0.999 6)和0.077~3.872μg·m L~(-1)(r=0.999 8)范圍內(nèi)線性關系良好,平均加樣回收率、精密度、重現(xiàn)性和穩(wěn)定性均符合有關規(guī)定。樣品中6個酚類成分的含量分別為對羥基苯甲酸0.019~0.133 mg·g~(-1),香草酸0.021~0.140 mg·g~(-1),對羥基苯乙酮0.068~0.300 mg·g~(-1),2,5-二羥基苯乙酮0.029~0.383 mg·g~(-1),白首烏二苯酮0.220~1.507 mg·g~(-1),2,4-二羥基苯乙酮0.034~0.369 mg·g~(-1)。結(jié)論:本法可用于青陽參中6個酚類成分的含量測定。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of p-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 2-dihydroxyacetophenone, Baishouwu diphenylone and 2 in Qingyang ginseng.
