【摘要】：本文分三個部分介紹了解樂業(yè)教授學(xué)術(shù)思想與臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)及英芪和胃丸治療幽門螺桿菌陽性慢性胃炎的臨床研究。第一部分:介紹了解樂業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)淵源。解樂業(yè)教授出生于中醫(yī)世家,全國優(yōu)秀中醫(yī)臨床人才。在30余年的臨床工作中,積累了豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),尤其對幽門螺桿菌相關(guān)性胃病的辨治,強(qiáng)調(diào)了外邪與內(nèi)傷并存的病因論點(diǎn),提出了邪毒學(xué)說,在根除幽門螺桿菌研究方面有新的突破。解樂業(yè)教授創(chuàng)制的英芪和胃丸,在根除幽門螺桿菌、修復(fù)胃粘膜方面,取得了很好的療效。第二部分:介紹了解樂業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)思想和臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)。解樂業(yè)教授強(qiáng)調(diào)中醫(yī)治病必須以辨證論治為根本;提出問診為本,脈診為要;主張審癥求因,明辨病機(jī);指出依法立方,藥求效專;特別重視脾升胃降的生理特性,提出脾胃升降和諧論;注重脾虛胃滯,補(bǔ)通相兼;提倡應(yīng)用西醫(yī)對疾病的診斷技術(shù)和手段,為中醫(yī)辨證提供有力的幫助,促進(jìn)辨證與辨病有機(jī)的結(jié)合。治療慢性胃炎從病機(jī)入手,重視調(diào)暢氣機(jī),擅用活血化瘀,提倡寒熱并用,兼顧清熱解毒,注重調(diào)和營衛(wèi),注意顧護(hù)胃陰。在針灸治療疼痛方面,提出了多項(xiàng)原則,如循經(jīng)求源、辨經(jīng)論治、氣機(jī)為要、分清緩急、心神并重。第三部分:解樂業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的臨床研究。統(tǒng)計(jì)來自威海市中醫(yī)院門診或病房的120例患者,試驗(yàn)組服用英芪和胃丸,對照組服用雷貝拉唑腸溶片、甲硝唑片、阿莫西林膠囊、膠體果膠鉍膠囊,試驗(yàn)組和對照組在疾病總有效率、癥狀療效、中醫(yī)癥狀積分、內(nèi)鏡療效、幽門螺桿菌清除率方面有顯著性差異(P0.05)。確立了清熱解毒,補(bǔ)氣養(yǎng)血,修復(fù)瘡瘍,及早防變的治療原則。證實(shí)了英芪和胃丸為根除幽門螺桿菌和治療幽門螺桿菌陽性慢性胃炎開辟了新的途徑。
[Abstract]:This article is divided into three parts to introduce the clinical research on the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis with Yingqi and Wei pills. Introduction to understanding the academic origins of music. Professor Xie Leye was born in a traditional Chinese medicine family. In more than 30 years of clinical work, accumulated a wealth of clinical experience, especially for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori related gastropathy, emphasizing the external pathogens and internal injury co-exist in the cause of argument. The theory of evil toxin has been put forward, which has made a new breakthrough in the research of eradication of Helicobacter pylori. In the aspect of eliminating Helicobacter pylori and repairing gastric mucosa, Ying Qi and Wei Pill, which was created by Professor Xie Le Ye, has been put forward. The second part is to introduce the academic thought and clinical experience of Leye. Professor Xie Leye emphasizes that TCM treatment must be based on differentiation of symptoms and signs. Put forward inquiry and diagnosis as the basis, pulse diagnosis as the need; It is advocated that the cause of the disease should be examined and the pathogenesis should be clearly distinguished. It is pointed out that according to law, the law is cubic and the medicine is effective. Pay special attention to the physiological characteristics of spleen rising and stomach descending, and put forward the theory of spleen and stomach rising and falling harmoniously; Pay attention to spleen deficiency stomach stagnation, tonifying phase; To promote the application of western medicine in the diagnosis of diseases, to provide strong help for TCM syndrome differentiation, to promote the organic combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation. To treat chronic gastritis from the pathogenesis, pay attention to regulating qi, good at promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Promote the use of cold and heat, both heat and detoxification, pay attention to the harmony of Ying Wei, care to protect stomach yin. In acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of pain, put forward a number of principles, such as seeking source along the meridian, differentiation and treatment, Qi for the important, clear priorities. The third part: clinical study on the academic experience of Xie Le. 120 patients from clinic or ward of Weihai Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine were counted. The experimental group took Yingqi and Wei pills and the control group took rabeprazole enteric-coated tablets. Metronidazole tablets, amoxicillin capsules, colloidal bismuth pectin capsules, the experimental group and the control group in the total effective rate, symptom efficacy, TCM symptom score, endoscopic efficacy. There was significant difference in the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori (P0.05). It was established to clear heat and detoxify, replenish qi and nourish blood, and repair the sore. The principle of early prevention and treatment of chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection has been proved to be a new way for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori and the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis.
