【摘要】：緊張型頭痛(TTH)是臨床最常見頭痛之一,表現(xiàn)為雙側(cè)枕部、顳部或全頭部壓迫感或緊箍樣疼痛,呈持續(xù)性非搏動(dòng)樣。其發(fā)病率隨著生活節(jié)奏的加快而不斷升高。本課題通過觀察對(duì)比穴位埋線和排針平刺兩種治療方法治療緊張型頭痛的即時(shí)療效,以及一個(gè)月后療效,從而為臨床找出緊張型頭痛的最佳治療方案做借鑒。目的:觀察穴位埋線、以及排針平刺法治療緊張型頭痛的止痛效果差異,為臨床找出最佳TTH的治療方案做鋪墊。方法:從南京市中醫(yī)院頭痛門診以及病房中篩選出緊張型頭痛患者60名,隨機(jī)分為A組穴位埋線組和B組排針平刺組,各30例。A組采用穴位埋線法治療,后枕部(雙側(cè)腦空透刺向風(fēng)池及旁開1厘米處各2根線,腦戶透刺向風(fēng)府1根線,共計(jì)5根);B組采用排針平刺法,取枕穴組加用顳穴組或者頂穴組。A組兩周治療一次,兩次一個(gè)療程;B組一周治療兩次,共治療四次,兩組皆為一個(gè)月后統(tǒng)計(jì)最終治療效果,所有數(shù)據(jù)用SPSS16.0進(jìn)行處理分析。結(jié)果:兩組治療緊張型頭痛都有很好療效,在治療后30分鐘內(nèi),B組優(yōu)于A組(P0.05);一個(gè)月后愈顯率A組優(yōu)于B組(P0.05);一個(gè)月后治療率無明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:穴位埋線和排針平刺對(duì)于緊張型頭痛都有良好的效果,一個(gè)月后的治療率相當(dāng),各有利弊,臨床可以按實(shí)際情況靈活運(yùn)用,以達(dá)到最佳療效。
[Abstract]:Tension type headache (TTH) is one of the most common clinical manifestations of headache, bilateral occipital, temporal or head pressure or magic like pain, was persistent. The incidence rate of non pulsatile rising with the accelerated pace of life. Through the contrast observation of acupoint catgut embedding and acupuncture needling two flat a method for treatment of tension type headache and immediate effect, after a month to make reference effect, in order to find the best treatment of tension type headache for clinical. Objective: To observe the analgesic effect of acupoint catgut embedding, headache and difference of pin horizontal Needling Treatment of tension type, to find the best treatment for clinical TTH to pave the way.
