【摘要】：立足當前區(qū)域中醫(yī)治未病服務體系建設現(xiàn)狀和面臨的瓶頸問題,提出以基礎設施性定位建設區(qū)域中醫(yī)治未病信息平臺的政策建議。融合上海和廣東省的建設經(jīng)驗,提出由服務提供線、管理線、科研創(chuàng)新線、產(chǎn)業(yè)對接線等4條業(yè)務縱線,和區(qū)域指導中心、區(qū)域服務平臺、區(qū)域基層服務點、家庭4個橫向?qū)用娼M成的"四縱四橫"業(yè)務架構,為區(qū)域中醫(yī)治未病服務信息平臺的頂層設計提供參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the current status quo and bottleneck problems in the construction of regional Chinese medicine service system for the prevention and treatment of disease. This paper puts forward the policy recommendations of constructing regional information platform for the prevention and treatment of diseases by infrastructure. Combining the construction experience of Shanghai and Guangdong Province, it puts forward the line of service delivery, management and scientific research innovation. Industry connection and other four lines of business, and regional guidance center, regional service platform, regional grass-roots service points, family four horizontal level of "four vertical and four horizontal" business structure. It provides reference for the top level design of the information platform of regional TCM treatment and treatment.
