【摘要】：目的:本課題總結(jié)導(dǎo)師樸春麗教授多年針對臨床甲減所常用中藥方劑的臨床經(jīng)驗,自擬健脾溫腎調(diào)癭方對上述人群進行藥物干預(yù),尋求治療臨床甲減的有效途徑。方法:采用隨機對照法,按患者的就診順序隨機分組,隨機分為2組,其中治療組30例,對照組30例,并給予相應(yīng)的藥物�；颊呔鶃碓从陂L春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院門診病人。所有患者均符合中西醫(yī)診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)果:健脾溫腎調(diào)癭方聯(lián)合優(yōu)甲樂治療組與西藥對照組對比統(tǒng)計學(xué)有顯著性差異(P0.01),在改善指標(biāo)上與西藥對照組對比有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在中醫(yī)整體療效上治療組總有效率為93.33%,西藥對照組總有效率為83.3%。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)對比分析后顯示:健脾溫腎調(diào)癭方聯(lián)合優(yōu)甲樂治療組與西藥對照組組間對比均有顯著性差異(P0.01)。治療前后未發(fā)生明顯的不良事件。結(jié)論:健脾溫腎調(diào)癭方治療原發(fā)性甲減(脾腎陽虛證)臨床療效確切,能夠顯著改善生化指標(biāo),并且明顯改善患者的中醫(yī)臨床癥狀,減少應(yīng)用西藥的副作用。臨床可推行此方法,安全可行性較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of Professor Pu Chunli, which is commonly used in clinical hypothyroidism, and to invigorate the spleen, warming kidney and regulating gall formula to intervene the above populations, and seek effective ways to treat clinical hypothyroidism. Methods: randomly divided into 2 groups randomly and randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group, and the corresponding drugs were given. All the patients were from the outpatient of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. All patients were in conformity with the standard of TCM and Western medicine. Results: there was a significant difference between Jianpi Wen Shen Tiao Ying Fang and you Jia Le treatment group compared with western medicine control group (P0.01), and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the western medicine control group (P0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group of Chinese medicine was 93.33%, and the total effective rate of the western medicine control group was 83.3%. After statistical analysis, the results showed that there were significant differences between the combination of Jianpi warming kidney gall gall side and the western medicine control group (P0.01). There were no obvious adverse events before and after the treatment. Conclusion: Jianpi warming kidney and regulating gall decoction is effective in treating primary hypothyroidism, spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome, which can significantly improve biochemical indexes, and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine and reduce the side effects of Western medicine. This method can be carried out in clinical practice, and it is safe and feasible.
