【摘要】：目的:觀察潰結(jié)靈Ⅳ號(hào)保留灌腸對(duì)大腸濕熱型UC活動(dòng)期患者FSTL1及FC的影響方法:將符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的30例潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,每組各15例。觀察組給予潰結(jié)靈Ⅳ號(hào)保留灌腸,對(duì)照組患者給予美沙拉嗪灌腸劑灌腸,連續(xù)治療4周后觀察兩組患者在臨床癥狀、電子腸鏡下黏膜變化情況以及血清FSTL1和糞便FC值。得出結(jié)果后,通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析并進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:觀察組總有效率93.33%,對(duì)照組總有效率為80.00%,且兩組間差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05)。治療組在臨床癥狀改善,腸鏡下黏膜變化情況及FSTL1、FC指標(biāo)均較對(duì)照組有明顯改善。結(jié)論:1.潰結(jié)靈Ⅳ號(hào)保留灌腸在改善大腸濕熱型UC活動(dòng)期患者癥狀及腸鏡下黏膜糜爛、水腫等具有顯著療效。2.潰結(jié)靈Ⅳ號(hào)保留灌腸能夠降低大腸濕熱型UC活動(dòng)期患者的FSTL1及FC水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of Kuijie Ling IV retention enema on FSTL1 and FC in UC active stage of large intestine damp heat. Methods: 30 patients with ulcerative colitis who met the standard were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 15 cases in each group. The observation group was given Kui Jie Ling IV retention enema. The control group was given mesalazine enema enema. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical symptoms, the changes of mucosal appearance under electronic colonoscopy and the serum FSTL1 and fecal FC value of the two groups were observed. After the result, through statistical analysis and analysis. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, the total effective rate of the control group was 80%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). In the treatment group, the clinical symptoms were improved, the mucosal changes under the colonoscopy and the indexes of FSTL1 and FC were significantly improved. Conclusion: 1. kuijecling IV retention enema has a significant effect in improving the symptoms of the UC active phase of the large intestine and the intestinal mucosa erosion and edema under the enteroscope. 2. Kuijie Ling IV retention enema can reduce the level of FSTL1 and FC in the patients with UC active phase of the large intestine.
