【摘要】：中醫(yī)生殖學(xué)學(xué)科在近年來(lái)的發(fā)展中取得了顯著成就,文章就中醫(yī)生殖學(xué)學(xué)科起源、形成、發(fā)展與成熟做出了概要式回顧,并對(duì)其內(nèi)涵與外延進(jìn)行界定,以進(jìn)一步明確研究范圍。以此為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)中醫(yī)生殖學(xué)學(xué)科發(fā)展面臨之問(wèn)題,發(fā)展之思路作出展望與思考。主要針對(duì)中醫(yī)生殖學(xué)學(xué)科的基礎(chǔ)研究、臨床研究及學(xué)科隊(duì)伍發(fā)展等相關(guān)問(wèn)題,提出建議與思考:如在基礎(chǔ)研究中應(yīng)重視結(jié)合現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué);在臨床研究中應(yīng)主要圍繞中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療男性不育癥研究、中醫(yī)藥治療不孕癥研究、中醫(yī)藥對(duì)于生殖健康預(yù)防指導(dǎo)研究、中醫(yī)藥在輔助生育技術(shù)中的作用4方面進(jìn)行;同時(shí)應(yīng)注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì),加強(qiáng)國(guó)際交流與合作。以期通過(guò)以上思考能為中醫(yī)生殖學(xué)學(xué)科更好更快的發(fā)展提供有益的思路與方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the discipline of traditional Chinese medicine has made notable achievements in the development of reproductive science. This article makes a brief review of the origin, formation, development and maturity of Chinese reproductive science, and defines its connotation and denotation, so as to further clarify the scope of research. On the basis of this, we look forward and think about the problems faced by the development of the discipline of reproductive science of traditional Chinese medicine and the thinking of development. Mainly for basic research, Chinese medicine clinical research and reproductive science discipline development and other related issues, such as: suggestions and thinking in basic research should pay attention to the combination of modern medicine; in clinical research should mainly focus on the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of male infertility research, Chinese medicine treatment of infertility, traditional Chinese medicine for prevention of reproductive health to guide the research of traditional Chinese medicine, in assisted reproductive technology in 4 aspects; at the same time, should pay attention to the cultivation of interdisciplinary team, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation. Through the above thinking, we can provide useful ideas and methods for the better and faster development of the science of reproductive science of traditional Chinese medicine.
