【摘要】："脾主統(tǒng)血"的理論起源于《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》,從先秦兩漢到明清時(shí)期,歷代醫(yī)家逐漸將其完善,其發(fā)展軌跡遵循中醫(yī)學(xué)司外揣內(nèi)的思想,從癥狀到理論,再到理法方藥上的不斷完善。"脾主統(tǒng)血"的理論發(fā)展到今天,各個(gè)時(shí)期的醫(yī)家對(duì)其認(rèn)識(shí)不同,其含義與最初也有所區(qū)別,從生血攝血過渡到單純的攝血之義,在此過程中不是對(duì)脾生血功能的否定,而是將生血的功能歸入脾主運(yùn)化的功能之下,避免定義上的重復(fù)。
[Abstract]:The theory of "spleen governing blood" originates from Huangdi Neijing. From the pre Qin to the Han Dynasty to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, doctors from various dynasties gradually improved their development path, followed by the ideas of TCM department, from symptom to theory, and then to the improvement of rationale and prescriptions. The spleen is the main blood "theory of development today, each period of physicians on their understanding of different, its meaning is also different from the original and the blood, blood transition to pure blood of righteousness, in the process of blood on the spleen function is not negative, but the blood function in spleen transport function, avoid the repetition of the definition.
