【摘要】：目的:觀察祛濕通絡(luò)丸對寒濕痹阻型強直性脊柱炎患者ASAS療效、BASMI評測指標的影響,觀察患者主次癥、晨僵時間、最大踝間距等改善情況,病理學研究方面對比治療前后MMP-3等指標水平,從而綜合論證祛濕通絡(luò)丸治療強直性脊柱炎的療效,探討祛濕通絡(luò)丸可能作用機制;并檢測祛濕通絡(luò)丸對血尿常規(guī)、肝腎功能等的影響來評價其安全性。方法:將65例符合標準的強直性脊柱炎患者隨機分為治療組和對照組,其中脫落12例,脫落后治療組28例,對照組25例,療程12周,觀察點分別為治療前、治療后。兩組均在口服非甾體抗炎藥(洛索洛芬鈉片,60mg,tid)的同時,治療組口服祛濕通絡(luò)丸,6g,tid;對照組口服正清風痛寧緩釋片,120mg,tid,作相應(yīng)記錄,觀察患者主癥、次癥、晨僵時間、最大踝間距等改善情況,監(jiān)測ASAS、BASMI等藥物療效評定指標,觀察對比治療前、后MMP-3等指標水平,監(jiān)測記錄藥物的不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:實驗組和對照組在改善患者中醫(yī)臨床相關(guān)主要癥候,提高患者生活質(zhì)量,降低ASAS、BASMI各項主要指標,緩解MMP-3、ESR、CRP等實驗室指標方面與治療前相比有顯著差異(P0.05),治療組總有效率達71.4%,對照組總有效率60.0%,治療組優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:祛濕通絡(luò)丸治療寒濕痹阻型強直性脊柱炎能夠有效改善患者主要癥狀、體征及MMP-3、CRP、ESR等指標,安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of Qushi Tongluo Pill on cold dampness blockage type ASAS in patients with ankylosing spondylitis curative effect, BASMI evaluation index, observed in patients with primary and secondary disease, time of morning stiffness, maximum ankle spacing improvement, pathology study compared before and after treatment MMP-3 levels, the effect to the comprehensive demonstration of Qushi Tongluo pill in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. To explore the possible mechanism of Qushi Tongluo pill; and to detect the influence of qushitongluo Pill on blood and urine routine, liver and kidney function to evaluate its safety. Methods: 65 cases of ankylosing spondylitis conforming to the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, including 12 cases of abscission, 28 cases of treatment group and 25 cases of control group. The treatment course was 12 weeks, the observation points were before treatment and after treatment. In two groups of oral non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets, 60mg, TID) at the same time, the treatment group oral qushitongluo pill, 6G, TID; the control group oral Zhengqingfengtongning sustained-release tablets, 120mg, TID, the corresponding record, observe the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of patients, the time of morning stiffness, maximum ankle spacing to improve the situation, evaluation index ASAS and BASMI monitoring the efficacy of drugs, were compared before and after treatment, MMP-3 index level, the drug adverse reaction monitoring records. Results: the experimental group and the control group in improving TCM related clinical syndrome, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the main index of BASMI ASAS, MMP-3, ESR, CRP, alleviate the laboratory indicators compared with before treatment there were significant differences (P0.05), the total efficiency of treatment group was 71.4%, control group total effective rate was 60%, the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion: qushitongluo pill in the treatment of cold dampness type of ankylosing spondylitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, signs and MMP-3, CRP, ESR and other indicators, safe and effective.
