【摘要】：目的：觀察自擬四黃苦地湯冷濕敷治療下肢丹毒的臨床療效,探討其作用機(jī)理,為該方在臨床推廣使用提供理論依據(jù)。方法：45例下肢丹毒患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組。對(duì)照組22例予中藥五神湯加減內(nèi)服,以50%硫酸鎂濕敷；治療組23例在內(nèi)服中藥五神湯加減的基礎(chǔ)上,以四黃苦地湯冷濕敷。兩組均治療7d后觀察并比較臨床療效和炎癥指標(biāo)及局部癥狀體征的變化情況。結(jié)果：1.治療組總有效率為95.65%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的68.18%,兩組臨床療效比較,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2.兩組治療后炎癥指標(biāo)白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、血沉、C反應(yīng)蛋白均較治療前顯著下降(P0.05),治療組下降幅度均明顯大于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。3.兩組治療后患者局部癥狀體征(患肢膚色、腫脹程度、膚溫、自覺(jué)疼痛)評(píng)分均較治療前顯著降低(P0.05),治療組降低幅度均明顯大于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論：四黃苦地湯冷濕敷能顯著降低下肢丹毒患者血清中白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、血沉、C反應(yīng)蛋白水平,改善局部炎癥反應(yīng),治療下肢丹毒療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the curative effect of four yellow Kudi soup cold wet compress in treating lower limb erysipelas, explore its mechanism, provide a theoretical basis for the clinical use in the. Methods: 45 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group of 22 cases were treated with Chinese medicine decoction to god five, 50% Magnesium Sulfate wet compress; 23 cases in the treatment group based oral Chinese medicine decoction on the five gods, with four yellow Kudi soup cold wet compress. After the treatment of 7D, the two groups were observed and compared with the changes of the clinical effect, the inflammatory index and the local symptoms and signs. Results: the total effective rate of the 1. treatment group was 95.65%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (68.18%). The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). 2., after treatment, the inflammatory index, leukocyte count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C reactive protein in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P0.05), and the decrease in the treatment group was significantly larger than that in the control group (P0.05). 3., two groups of patients after treatment, the local symptoms and signs (skin color, swelling degree, skin temperature and pain) scores were significantly lower than those before treatment (P0.05), and the reduction rates in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: four yellow soup Kudi wet and cold compress can significantly reduce the level of serum in patients with lower limb erysipelas in white blood cell count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C reactive protein, improve local inflammatory response, curative effect in treating lower limb erysipelas.
