【摘要】：《蠢子醫(yī)》系清代醫(yī)家龍之章晚年所撰,記載了內(nèi)外婦兒眼科諸疾的豐富診療經(jīng)驗(yàn),尤其對(duì)于婦科的治療見(jiàn)解獨(dú)到,闡述醫(yī)理簡(jiǎn)要攝煩,診療經(jīng)驗(yàn)獨(dú)具一格。其論治婦科疾病首重脈理,安胎則強(qiáng)調(diào)治療母病不必刻意顧護(hù)胎元,意在母病去則胎自安,治療婦科產(chǎn)前產(chǎn)后疾病及催生善用風(fēng)藥,尚有巧用肉附、善用丸散劑之用藥特色,并就此作一初步探析。
