【摘要】：崩漏是婦科臨床常見疑難疾病之一。其臨床表現(xiàn)主要是女子在非經(jīng)期時(shí)陰道突然大量出血,或量時(shí)多時(shí)少,淋漓不盡,可造成一系列并發(fā)癥,如貧血、不孕、生殖器官繼發(fā)感染等,甚至危及患者生命。本文綜述部分對(duì)中醫(yī)醫(yī)家及現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)對(duì)崩漏臨床治療加以整理分析。崩漏的病因病機(jī)復(fù)雜多樣,但其發(fā)生主要與腎-天癸-沖任-胞宮生殖軸的嚴(yán)重失調(diào)有關(guān)。中醫(yī)各家在治療崩漏時(shí),根據(jù)其病機(jī)的側(cè)重點(diǎn)不同,遣方用藥各有特點(diǎn),但均取得了較好的臨床療效�，F(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的激素或診刮術(shù)治療,止血效果顯著,但復(fù)發(fā)率高,并具有一定的副作用及禁忌癥。正文部分回顧并整理了導(dǎo)師對(duì)本病的認(rèn)識(shí)及學(xué)術(shù)思想,并對(duì)導(dǎo)師治療本病的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)加以總結(jié)。導(dǎo)師在臨床工作三十余年,對(duì)崩漏的認(rèn)識(shí)有自己獨(dú)到的見解,認(rèn)為本病的發(fā)生多與脾氣虧虛,瘀血內(nèi)阻有關(guān)。脾氣虧虛,不能攝血,致經(jīng)血非時(shí)而下;崩漏失血日久,耗氣傷血,氣虛則運(yùn)血無力,瘀滯由生,形成血瘀;瘀血不去,離經(jīng)之血非時(shí)而下,又加重了氣血的損傷,氣虛與瘀血兩者互為因果,形成本虛標(biāo)實(shí)之證。導(dǎo)師在臨床辨證治療時(shí),在出血期不拘泥單用收斂止血藥,而是塞流與澄源并顧,常用“退膜湯”加減治以益氣固沖,化瘀止血。待血止之后,再用調(diào)補(bǔ)脾腎二臟之法以復(fù)其舊。
[Abstract]:Is one of the most common gynecological diseases of uterine bleeding clinical.
