【摘要】：《金匱要略》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《金匱》)中多篇論述了濕、水、飲所致的疾病。這些疾病相互之間存在著聯(lián)系,都屬于水液代謝異常引起的疾病。縱觀《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》、,對(duì)水液代謝的論述可分為生理和病理兩方面。在生理方面,脾、胃、肺、膀胱、三焦等臟腑的功能相互協(xié)助共同調(diào)節(jié)水液代謝的運(yùn)行。在病理方面,濕邪、飲食不當(dāng)是導(dǎo)致人體水液代謝發(fā)生異常的原因,人體陰陽(yáng)是否和諧及臟腑功能是否正常決定著人體是否發(fā)病�！饵S帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》中明確提出了風(fēng)水、涌水、石水、溢飲、水脹、黃疸等水液代謝異常的疾病�！饵S帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》中關(guān)于水液代謝的認(rèn)識(shí),影響著《金匱》對(duì)濕、飲、水所致疾病的認(rèn)識(shí)。《金匱》中雖然沒(méi)有明確提出水液代謝異常疾病,但綜合分析原文不難看出,書中多處論述的疾病是由水液代謝異常引起。外感是導(dǎo)致機(jī)體內(nèi)水液運(yùn)行輸布發(fā)生異常的原因。人體感受外邪,機(jī)體陰陽(yáng)不相協(xié)調(diào),臟腑功能失常,導(dǎo)致體內(nèi)水液代謝發(fā)生異常而發(fā)生病變。根據(jù)水液代謝異常疾病的不同病機(jī),而采用汗法、利小便法、攻下逐水法。偏于表、偏于上的水濕之邪,治療上應(yīng)該發(fā)汗以祛除邪氣;偏于里、偏于下的水濕之邪,治療應(yīng)該以和法來(lái)恢復(fù)機(jī)體正常功能�！督饏T》治療水液代謝異常疾病時(shí),并不忌諱使用甘草。書中甘草的應(yīng)用十分有特點(diǎn)。通過(guò)研究這些疾病,探索《金匱》水液代謝異常疾病的病因病機(jī)、證治及方藥,為今后臨床治療開(kāi)辟新思路�！督饏T》中水液代謝異常疾病的認(rèn)識(shí)影響了后世醫(yī)家。后世醫(yī)家在對(duì)濕病、痰飲、水氣、黃疸等水液代謝異常所致疾病進(jìn)行研究時(shí)有所側(cè)重:濕病分為Qg濕、外濕,痰飲多論述痰,水氣稱為水腫,黃疸分為陰黃、陽(yáng)黃。
[Abstract]:"Golden Chamber" (hereinafter referred to as the "golden") in the paper, the wet water, drinking caused by the disease. These diseases are linked to each other, all of which are caused by abnormal water metabolism. In the "Huangdi Neijing", the discussion of water metabolism can be divided into two aspects of physiology and pathology. In the physical aspects, mutual assistance, lung, spleen and stomach, bladder and other organs function together to regulate the water metabolism of the operation. In terms of Pathology, dampness and improper diet are the causes of abnormal metabolism of water and fluid. Whether human Yin and yang are harmonious and whether the function of viscera is normal determines whether the human body is infected. In the Huangdi Neijing, the abnormal metabolic diseases such as geomantic water, water gushing, stone water, overflow, water swelling and jaundice have been put forward. The "Yellow Emperor" in the understanding of water metabolism, affect the understanding of the "golden" wet, drink, water related diseases. "Golden" although no disease abnormal water metabolism is clear, but the comprehensive analysis is not difficult to see, in the book discusses many diseases are caused by abnormal water metabolism. Exogenous is the cause of abnormality in the body fluid circulation occurs. The body feels outside evil, the body Yin and yang are not coordinated, the function of the viscera is abnormal, resulting in abnormal metabolism of water in the body. According to the different pathogenesis of the abnormal metabolism of water, the method of perspiration, the method of urination, and the method of water by water are used. Partial to the table, is the water dampness, treatment should be sweating to dispel evil; partial to, in the water dampness, treatment should be to restore normal function of the body and method. "Golden" treatment of the disease of abnormal water metabolism, the use of licorice is not taboo. The application of licorice in the book is very characteristic. Through the study of these diseases, to explore the "golden" water metabolism disorders pathogenesis, syndrome treatment and prescription, to open up new ideas for the future clinical treatment. "Understanding" golden fluid metabolic disorders affect physicians. Doctors later has been focused on the study of dampness, phlegm, moisture, jaundice and other water metabolism caused by the abnormal disease: rheumatism is divided into Qg wet, wet, phlegm elaborates phlegm, moisture called edema, jaundice is divided into Yin Huang, Huang yang.
