【摘要】：目的基于現(xiàn)代名老中醫(yī)診治支氣管哮喘的文獻(xiàn),對(duì)支氣管哮喘常見證候及其臨床特征進(jìn)行分析,為支氣管哮喘臨床辨治提供依據(jù)。方法檢索現(xiàn)代名老中醫(yī)肺病數(shù)據(jù)庫、期刊中醫(yī)肺病數(shù)據(jù)庫,篩選名老中醫(yī)診治支氣管哮喘文獻(xiàn),采用頻數(shù)、因子分析與聚類分析、二元Logistic回歸分析等方法對(duì)支氣管哮喘癥狀、證型進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果檢索出符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻(xiàn)2459篇,頻率≥3.0%的證型包括痰熱壅肺證、痰濕阻肺證、寒飲停肺證、風(fēng)寒襲肺證、肺脾氣虛證、肺腎陽虛證、肺腎氣虛證、腎氣虛證、肺氣虛證、寒痰阻肺證、肺氣陰兩虛證。對(duì)癥狀進(jìn)行因子分析及聚類分析,得到5類較有意義的癥狀聚類組合,結(jié)果結(jié)合臨床實(shí)際,總結(jié)出支氣管哮喘的常見證候有痰熱壅肺證、風(fēng)寒襲肺證、肺脾氣虛證、肺氣虛證、肺氣陰兩虛證,并分別得到各證候的主癥、次癥。結(jié)論支氣管哮喘的臨床常見證候有痰熱壅肺證、風(fēng)寒襲肺證、肺脾氣虛證、肺氣虛證、肺氣陰兩虛證,每個(gè)證候均有癥狀特異性。
[Abstract]:Based on the modern old Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma by literature, and clinical features of common syndromes of bronchial asthma, provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma. Method to retrieve the modern old Chinese medicine disease database, Journal of traditional Chinese disease database, screening of old Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma in the literature, using frequency analysis, factor analysis, and cluster two yuan Logistic regression analysis of symptoms, syndromes of bronchial asthma. The results retrieved in accordance with the inclusion criteria 2459 literatures, including more than 3% frequency of syndrome of phlegm heat obstructing the lung, phlegm dampness cold drink obstructing the lung, stop the lung, wind cold attacking the lung syndrome, lung and spleen qi deficiency, lung deficiency, lung and kidney qi deficiency, kidney qi deficiency, Qi deficiency, syndrome of cold phlegm obstructing lung two, Qi Yin deficiency syndrome. By factor analysis and cluster analysis of symptoms, 5 kinds of symptom clustering combination more meaningful results, combined with clinical practice, summed up the common syndromes of bronchial asthma with phlegm heat in the lung, syndrome of wind cold attacking the lung, lung and spleen qi deficiency, Qi deficiency, Qi Yin deficiency syndrome and two, respectively, the main symptoms the secondary disease syndrome. Conclusion the common clinical syndromes of bronchial asthma with phlegm heat in the lung, syndrome of wind cold attacking the lung, lung and spleen qi deficiency, Qi deficiency, Qi Yin deficiency syndrome two, each have specific symptoms.
