【摘要】：通過分析中醫(yī)體質(zhì)形成的機制與難治性幽門螺桿菌(Hp)感染的形成原因,認為腎與脾胃是Hp感染患者體質(zhì)形成的基礎臟腑,其中脾胃失調(diào)為難治性Hp感染者體質(zhì)形成的關(guān)鍵因素;素體腎、脾胃虛弱者易出現(xiàn)陽虛質(zhì)、氣虛質(zhì)和濕熱質(zhì)3種病理體質(zhì);對難治性Hp感染治療應以扶正祛邪為基本治則,結(jié)合患者體質(zhì)類型,進行準確體質(zhì)辨證,立法處方,糾正體質(zhì)偏頗,為再次根除治療打下基礎以提高療效。調(diào)理體質(zhì)時當以健運脾胃為主,陽虛質(zhì)、氣虛質(zhì)及濕熱質(zhì)的調(diào)理可分別以理中丸、香砂六君子湯、枳實消痞丸為基礎方。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the mechanism of Chinese Medicine Constitution and refractory Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection causes the kidney and the spleen and stomach, that is the basis of viscera and Hp infection in patients with the physical form, the key factors of the physical form of spleen and stomach disorders refractory Hp infection; body kidney, spleen and stomach deficiency Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency is easy to appear weak and damp heat constitution of 3 kinds of pathological constitution; in the treatment of refractory Hp infection should be treated from Fuzhengquxie as basic treatment, combined with physical type, accurate constitution differentiation, legislative prescription, correct the biased constitution, again for the eradication and lay the foundation for improving the curative effect. When the physical conditioning on nourishing spleen and stomach, Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency and damp heat conditioning respectively to Lizhongwan, the curative effect of Six Gentlemen Decoction, Zhishuxiaopiwan based side.
