電影教學(xué)在高中英語(yǔ)詞匯教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用研究

詞匯是英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的基本要素之一,也是語(yǔ)言表達(dá)意義的載體,在高中英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。理解與應(yīng)用詞匯是外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)成功與否的關(guān)鍵因素,是解決語(yǔ)言問(wèn)題的核心所在。因此,探索有效的教學(xué)方法,從而提高學(xué)生的詞匯學(xué)習(xí)能力是十分必要的。電影教學(xué),作為提高學(xué)生詞匯能力的方法之一,得到眾多學(xué)者的關(guān)注。本研究以江門市華僑中學(xué)的102名高一學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行為期14周的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,試圖回答以下兩個(gè)問(wèn)題:1)電影教學(xué)是否能提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)詞匯的動(dòng)機(jī)?2)電影教學(xué)是否能提高學(xué)生的產(chǎn)出性詞匯?本研究進(jìn)行對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn),將兩個(gè)班102名學(xué)生分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和控制組,每組各51人。在實(shí)驗(yàn)組與控制組中,以學(xué)生的期中英語(yǔ)成績(jī)依據(jù),將學(xué)生分為高、中、低三個(gè)小組,每個(gè)小組由17人組成。經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用電影教學(xué)法,而控制組采用傳統(tǒng)的詞匯教學(xué)法。收集的數(shù)據(jù)包括問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、課堂觀察、訪談?dòng)涗浐蛯W(xué)生詞匯知識(shí)量表(VKS)和詞匯翻譯的前測(cè)、即時(shí)測(cè)和延后測(cè)成績(jī)。對(duì)收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行定量和定性分析,結(jié)果顯示:1)電影教學(xué)可以提高學(xué)生的詞匯學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),實(shí)驗(yàn)組的學(xué)生在實(shí)驗(yàn)后的詞匯學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)明顯提高;2)電影教學(xué)可以提高學(xué)生的產(chǎn)出性詞匯,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的詞匯測(cè)試成績(jī)高...
