【摘要】：正 在新形勢下,伴隨著我國即將加入WTO,作為人事部門傳統(tǒng)壟斷項目的職稱工作勢必面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn),可以說是走到了一個非常重要的轉(zhuǎn)折時期。如何在市場經(jīng)濟的大潮中站穩(wěn)腳跟,并趟出新路,使我們的視野更寬,思路更明,無疑成為新經(jīng)濟條件下的一個重要課題。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation, along with our country about to join WTO, the title work of the traditional monopoly project of personnel department is bound to face many challenges, it can be said that it has come to a very important turning point period. How to stand firm in the spring tide of the market economy and take a new road will make our vision wider and our thinking clearer, which undoubtedly becomes an important subject under the new economic conditions.
