【摘要】：漢代制度對漢以后兩千年的中國歷史有著深遠的影響。對于漢制的研究,以往學者多注目于法律的儒家化,而忽視了西漢儒者以禮更法的努力。今古文禮學的實質性區(qū)別不在經書本身,也不是儒生爭名奪利,而是以何種天子禮奠定國家之政體。其要即在于天子是否超絕于萬民之上。由韋玄成與劉歆廟議可見,西漢今文儒生僅受士禮熏陶,習于推士禮以致于天子。但是在今文儒生真正構建經國大典時,只能局促于親親之愛,無法跨過親親與尊尊之間的斷崖,義而能斷,構建足以為經國大典之天子禮。于是古文經學乘隙而起,由攻駁今文經學之天子禮入手,提出并逐步完善自身的天子禮。這實質上是向秦制靠攏的過程,背棄了漢儒過秦的初衷。儒學究竟應如何構建經國大典,甚至儒學是否有能力建構經國大典,成為千年夢魘。
[Abstract]:The Han Dynasty system had a profound influence on the Chinese history of the two thousand years after the Han Dynasty. In the study of the Han system, the scholars in the past paid much attention to the Confucianism of the law and ignored the efforts of the Confucian scholars in the Western Han Dynasty. By Wei Xuancheng and Liu Hsin temple, the Confucian School of Confucianism can be seen from the temple of Wei Xuancheng and Liu Hsin. To build a foot that thought the day of the nation, the ancient text, starting with the study of the Confucian classics of the Confucian classics, was put forward and gradually improved its own gift of heaven and son. This is essentially a process of drawing close to the Qin system and abandoning the original intention of the Qin Dynasty. It's a millennium nightmare.
