【摘要】：隨著1973年石油危機(jī)及緊隨其后的世界范圍內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的爆發(fā),資本主義福利國家模式遭受巨大創(chuàng)傷并陷入重重危機(jī),各種質(zhì)疑和否定之聲也隨之響起。與新自由主義簡(jiǎn)單否定福利國家不同,新馬克思主義認(rèn)為福利國家是不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的趨勢(shì),徹底否定福利國家是不現(xiàn)實(shí)的,必須尋求福利國家重組的道路。消除資本主義危機(jī)的根本途徑在于社會(huì)主義,而消除福利國家危機(jī)、實(shí)現(xiàn)福利國家重組的根本途徑在于實(shí)現(xiàn)"福利資本主義"向"福利社會(huì)主義"的轉(zhuǎn)變。在這個(gè)過程中,必須充分利用新興的社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng),從國家主義戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)向非國家主義戰(zhàn)略,避免以往福利國家過多依賴國家主義干預(yù)帶來的困境。
[Abstract]:With the outbreak of the oil crisis in 1973 and the worldwide economic crisis that followed, the model of the capitalist welfare state suffered great trauma and fell into a lot of crises, and various voices of doubt and negation also sounded. Different from neoliberal simple negation of welfare state, neo-Marxism holds that welfare state is an irreversible trend, it is unrealistic to completely deny welfare state, and must seek the way of recombination of welfare state. The fundamental way to eliminate the crisis of capitalism lies in socialism, and the fundamental way to eliminate the crisis of welfare state and realize the reorganization of welfare state lies in the transformation from "welfare capitalism" to "welfare socialism". In this process, it is necessary to make full use of the emerging social movements and shift from the nationalistic strategy to the non-nationalistic strategy so as to avoid the predicament caused by the welfare state relying too much on the nationalistic intervention in the past.
