目的:本研究選取課題組前期在胃粘膜癌變過程中鑒定的差異表達(dá)蛋白質(zhì)Annexin A1與SOD3,初步了解兩者蛋白質(zhì)在胃癌中的表達(dá),并分析其表達(dá)的臨床意義,為鑒定用于胃癌早期診斷的蛋白質(zhì)分子提供理論依據(jù)。方法:通過含234例胃腺癌組織、86例淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移癌組織、142例正常胃粘膜組織、217例癌旁組織的芯片,結(jié)合免疫組織化學(xué)染色（簡(jiǎn)稱免疫組化）方法,觀察Annexin A1與SOD3蛋白在胃粘膜癌變過程中各階段的表達(dá)情況,結(jié)合患者臨床資料,分析兩者在胃粘膜癌變過程中表達(dá)與相關(guān)臨床資料間的關(guān)系。利用ROC曲線結(jié)合免疫組織化學(xué)染色結(jié)果,分析Annexin A1與SOD3蛋白表達(dá)對(duì)胃粘膜癌變各階段診斷的評(píng)估價(jià)值。結(jié)果:1、Annexin A1蛋白的免疫組化檢測(cè)結(jié)果顯示,其主要表達(dá)于細(xì)胞漿,在正常胃粘膜、癌旁組織、胃腺癌及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移癌等胃粘膜癌變階段中的表達(dá)陽性率分別為0.70%（1/142）、1.84%（4/217）、14.10%（33/234）和33.72%（29/86）,Annexin A1蛋白在胃腺癌及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移癌組織中中等表達(dá),在正常胃粘膜、癌旁組織中低表達(dá)或缺失,但癌旁組織中的表達(dá)較正...
