研究背景和目的作為世界上最常見(jiàn)的惡性腫瘤之一,結(jié)直腸癌（Colorectal Cancer,CRC）發(fā)生的途徑主要包括兩種:1.傳統(tǒng)的腺瘤-癌途徑（也稱(chēng)為染色體不穩(wěn)定序列）,占70-90%;2.鋸齒狀息肉途徑占10-20%。由息肉最終發(fā)展至CRC大概需要10-15年的時(shí)間,因此,對(duì)結(jié)直腸病變進(jìn)行早期篩查是降低CRC發(fā)病率和死亡率的有效措施。結(jié)腸鏡檢查被認(rèn)為是結(jié)直腸病變檢出和治療的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)腸鏡檢查的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是,它可以直觀地觀察腸黏膜病變,必要時(shí)取活檢做病理檢查,除此之外,癌前病變和早期癌癥可以在發(fā)現(xiàn)的同時(shí)被切除,實(shí)現(xiàn)了“一站式篩查”。多項(xiàng)研究表明結(jié)腸鏡篩查或結(jié)腸鏡下息肉切除術(shù)可將CRC的死亡率降低50%-60%。但是,結(jié)腸鏡檢查的有效性取決于腸道準(zhǔn)備的質(zhì)量,腸道準(zhǔn)備失敗則會(huì)降低腺瘤檢出率（Adenoma Detection Rate,ADR）和盲腸插管率、延長(zhǎng)檢查時(shí)間以及由于取消結(jié)腸鏡檢查和縮短兩次結(jié)腸鏡檢查之間的時(shí)間間隔而增加醫(yī)療成本,從而降低結(jié)腸鏡檢查的質(zhì)量。盡管腸道準(zhǔn)備如此重要,但是目前結(jié)腸鏡檢查前腸道準(zhǔn)備的失敗率仍高達(dá)18%-35%。研究表明影響腸道準(zhǔn)備質(zhì)量的危險(xiǎn)因素包括高齡、肥胖...
