異機(jī)局部PET/MR影像融合對(duì)于 18 F-FDGPET/CT在原發(fā)性肝癌診斷及術(shù)后隨訪中的增益價(jià)值

第一部分異機(jī)局部PET/MR影像融合對(duì)于18F-FDG PET/CT在原發(fā)性肝癌診斷中的增益價(jià)值目的:探討異機(jī)局部PET/MR影像融合對(duì)于18F-FDG PET/CT在原發(fā)性肝癌診斷中的增益價(jià)值。方法:回顧性分析31例臨床可疑肝癌且2周內(nèi)均行18F-FDG PET/CT及MR檢查的患者的相關(guān)資料,并經(jīng)GE Discovery STE16 PET/CT AW4.6后處理工作站,將PET/CT及MR進(jìn)行異機(jī)融合獲得異機(jī)PET/MR影像,分別對(duì)三種影像獨(dú)立閱片并與臨床、病理診斷對(duì)照。按腫塊的直徑將31例患者分為小肝癌(直徑≤3cm)和大肝癌(直徑>3cm)兩組,分別對(duì)比分析異機(jī)PET/MR與MR及PET/CT對(duì)兩組肝癌的診斷價(jià)值。結(jié)果:31例患者中大肝癌組18例,小肝癌組13例。大肝癌組臨床及病理診斷原發(fā)性肝癌16例,肝臟轉(zhuǎn)移瘤1例,血管瘤1例。MR對(duì)大肝癌診斷的敏感度、陽性預(yù)測值及準(zhǔn)確性與PET/CT均相同,分別為100%、94.1%、94.4%;異機(jī)PET/MR對(duì)大肝癌診斷的敏感度、陽性預(yù)測值及準(zhǔn)確性均為100%。異機(jī)PET/MR與PET/CT對(duì)大肝癌診斷的一致性尚可(Kappa ...
