犬尿氨酸途徑代謝酶與腫瘤的研究進展

【摘要】:犬尿氨酸途徑代謝酶是一類含亞鐵血紅素的蛋白酶,能夠?qū)⑸彼岽呋扇虬彼?造成色氨酸的減少和犬尿氨酸及其下游代謝產(chǎn)物大量累積,從而抑制T細胞增殖。越來越多的研究表明,這條途徑在腫瘤的轉(zhuǎn)移過程中扮演了重要的角色,然而目前關(guān)于這條途徑與腫瘤關(guān)系的綜述卻很少,因此將回顧犬尿氨酸途徑代謝酶與腫瘤的研究進展進行綜述。此綜述將闡述3種犬尿氨酸途徑代謝酶的生物功能及其與腫瘤的關(guān)系,并且提供關(guān)于這個領(lǐng)域的未來發(fā)展方向,尤其是3種犬尿氨酸途徑代謝酶抑制劑的研究發(fā)展及應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Canine uricine pathway metabolizing enzyme is a kind of protease containing heme, which can catalyze tryptophan to canine uric acid, resulting in the decrease of tryptophan and the accumulation of dog uricine and its downstream metabolites, thus inhibiting the proliferation of T cells. More and more studies have shown that this pathway plays an important role in the process of tumor metastasis. However, there are few reviews on the relationship between this pathway and tumor. Therefore, the research progress of dog uridine pathway metabolic enzymes and tumors will be reviewed. This review will review the biological functions of three kinds of canine uridine pathway metabolic enzymes and their relationship with tumors, and provide the future development direction of this field, especially the research, development and application of three kinds of canine uridine pathway metabolic enzyme inhibitors.
