FOXM1在肺腺癌中的表達(dá)及與一線化療療效的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的:肺癌是世界范圍內(nèi)致死率最高的腫瘤之一,叉頭框轉(zhuǎn)錄因子M1(FOXM1)是調(diào)控細(xì)胞周期的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子,參與細(xì)胞增殖、分化的調(diào)控過(guò)程,同時(shí)還可介導(dǎo)細(xì)胞DN A的損傷修復(fù)和細(xì)胞凋亡過(guò)程。FOXM1表達(dá)上調(diào)與多種惡性腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展及預(yù)后密切相關(guān)。最新相關(guān)研究提示FOXM1可能與腫瘤藥物耐藥存在密切關(guān)系。本研究探討非小細(xì)胞肺腺癌中叉頭框轉(zhuǎn)錄因子M1(FOXM1)的表達(dá)水平及其與臨床病理因素、一線化療無(wú)進(jìn)展生存期的關(guān)系,為FOXM1的表達(dá)與肺癌的治療預(yù)后提供新的理論依據(jù)。方法:收集新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院2012年~2015年期間非小細(xì)胞肺腺癌患者病理組織標(biāo)本77例,運(yùn)用免疫組化法檢測(cè)腫瘤組織中的FOXM1表達(dá)水平,并結(jié)合臨床病理特征及一線治療無(wú)進(jìn)展生存時(shí)間進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:FOXM1的表達(dá)水平與腫瘤細(xì)胞的分化間存在相關(guān)性(P=0.02)。FOXM1表達(dá)水平與一線化療治療無(wú)進(jìn)展生存時(shí)間及維持治療時(shí)間具有相關(guān)性(P=0.001,P=0.003),FOXM1表達(dá)陽(yáng)性患者的一線化療治療無(wú)進(jìn)展生存時(shí)間要低于FOXM1表達(dá)陰性患者;結(jié)果顯示FOXM1的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)、吸煙及性別是影響預(yù)后的獨(dú)立因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論:FO XM1表達(dá)水平與非小細(xì)胞肺腺癌一線治療無(wú)進(jìn)展生存時(shí)間密切相關(guān),提示FOXM1表達(dá)水平與化療治療預(yù)后呈負(fù)相關(guān)。FOXM1陽(yáng)性表達(dá)、吸煙及年齡這些因素可以作為NSCLC一線化療治療預(yù)后的獨(dú)立預(yù)測(cè)指標(biāo)
[Abstract]:Aim: lung cancer is one of the deadliest tumors in the world. Forked frame transcription factor M1 (FOXM1) is a transcription factor regulating cell cycle, which is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation, and can also mediate the repair of cell DN A injury and apoptosis. The up-regulation of FOXM1 expression is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of many kinds of malignant tumors. Recent studies suggest that FOXM1 may be closely related to tumor drug resistance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of forked frame transcription factor M1 (FOXM1) in non-small cell lung adenocarcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological factors and progression-free survival time of first-line chemotherapy, so as to provide a new theoretical basis for the expression of FOXM1 and the treatment and prognosis of lung cancer. Methods: the pathological specimens of 77 patients with non-small cell lung cancer from 2012 to 2015 were collected. The expression of FOXM1 in tumor tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the clinicopathological features and the survival time of first-line treatment were analyzed.
