【摘要】：目的觀察食管癌組織中半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制劑C(Cystatin C)的表達(dá)變化,并探討其意義。方法食管癌組織及癌旁正常組織各120例份,分別采用免疫組化法、實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR法檢測(cè)其Cystatin C,分析Cystatin C表達(dá)與食管癌臨床病理參數(shù)及預(yù)后(按照Cystatin C表達(dá)水平分為高表達(dá)組91例、低表達(dá)組29例)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果食管癌、癌旁組織Cystatin C蛋白陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率分別為75.83%(91/120)、24.17%(29/120),兩組比較,P0.05;食管癌、癌旁組織Cystatin C mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量分別為1.68±0.24、1.12±0.31,兩組比較,P0.05。Cystatin C表達(dá)與食管癌淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移、臨床分期有關(guān)(P均0.05),與患者年齡、性別、腫瘤直徑、分化程度、浸潤(rùn)深度無(wú)關(guān)(P均0.05)。高表達(dá)組、低表達(dá)組術(shù)后5年總生存率分別為8.79%(8/91)、34.48%(10/29),術(shù)后生存時(shí)間分別為(29.19±2.07)、(45.58±2.96)個(gè)月,兩組比較,P均0.05。結(jié)論食管癌組織中Cystatin C表達(dá)升高,其表達(dá)與食管癌淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移、臨床分期及患者預(yù)后相關(guān);Cystatin C可以作為食管癌患者診斷、預(yù)后預(yù)測(cè)的指標(biāo)以及治療的潛在靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the expression of cysteinase inhibitor C (Cystatin C) in esophageal carcinoma and to explore its significance.
