【摘要】：[目的]修訂癌癥患者生命質(zhì)量測(cè)定量表體系之胃癌量表(QLICP-ST V2.0),同時(shí)初步討論量表的臨床應(yīng)用。[方法]以共性模塊與特異模塊相結(jié)合的思想為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)回顧以及我國(guó)文化的特點(diǎn),采用程序化的決策方式來(lái)完成量表的修訂,包括信息采集、小組討論、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、預(yù)調(diào)查等。(整個(gè)研究過(guò)程中用到的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法有變異系數(shù)法、相關(guān)系數(shù)法、方差分析等。)[結(jié)果]1.回顧文獻(xiàn)結(jié)合議題小組意見(jiàn)得出初始23條特異條目,經(jīng)核心小組討論后得出20條條目的特異模塊。2.根據(jù)測(cè)試版量表預(yù)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),再次篩選特異模塊條目,形成個(gè)8條目的特異模塊。3.最后,再經(jīng)過(guò)核心小組審核,得到10個(gè)條目的特異模塊測(cè)試版。[結(jié)論]胃癌患者生命質(zhì)量測(cè)定量表測(cè)試版通過(guò)預(yù)調(diào)查特異條目貼近臨床,代表性較好,再經(jīng)過(guò)大病例的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)研究,就可以用于中國(guó)胃癌患者生命質(zhì)量的測(cè)評(píng),同時(shí)可作為臨床研究的工具。
[Abstract]:[objective] to revise the gastric cancer scale (QLICP-ST V2.0) of cancer patients with quality of life scale system, and to discuss the clinical application of the scale. [methods] based on the idea of combining common module with specific module, combined with literature review and the characteristics of Chinese culture, the revision of scale was completed by programmed decision-making method, including information collection, group discussion and statistical analysis. Pre-investigation, etc. The statistical methods used in the whole research process are coefficient of variation method, correlation coefficient method, variance analysis, etc. [result] 1. The review of the literature combined with the opinion of the topic group resulted in the initial 23 specific items, and after the core group discussion, the specific modules of 20 items were obtained. 2. According to the pre-survey data of the test version table, the specific module entries were screened again to form 8 purpose-specific modules. 3. Finally, after the audit of the core group, we get the specific module test version of 10 items. [conclusion] the test version of quality of life scale for patients with gastric cancer is close to clinic through pre-investigation and has good representativeness. Through the statistical study of large cases, it can be used to evaluate the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer in China. At the same time, it can be used as a tool for clinical research.
