【摘要】：食管胃交界處癌由于其獨特的解剖學(xué)位置(位于食管的鱗狀上皮及胃的柱狀上皮的移行處),造就了其獨特的生物學(xué)特性,我們既不能將其當做食管癌看待,也不能當做胃癌看待。所以對于食管胃交界癌定義分型、病因診斷也是一直飽受爭議,對其治療方法也沒有統(tǒng)一的標準。本文結(jié)合目前的相關(guān)文獻,對食管胃交界癌的定義、病因、診斷及治療等方面的研究現(xiàn)狀及爭議進行綜述。
[Abstract]:Carcinoma at the junction of esophagus and stomach has its unique biological characteristics because of its unique anatomical position (located in the scaly epithelium of esophagus and the migration of columnar epithelial layer of stomach), which we can neither treat as esophageal cancer. Nor can it be treated as gastric cancer. Therefore, the definition and classification of esophageal and gastric cancer, etiological diagnosis has been controversial, and there is no unified standard for its treatment. In this paper, the definition, etiology, diagnosis and treatment of esophageal and gastric borderline cancer were reviewed.
