【摘要】：近年來(lái),腫瘤免疫治療研究取得了突破性進(jìn)展,相關(guān)技術(shù)與產(chǎn)品研發(fā)呈爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng),眾多生物技術(shù)公司和制藥公司紛紛投入其中,國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。未來(lái)我國(guó)如何能夠抓住機(jī)遇,在國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出是當(dāng)前亟待思考的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)腫瘤疫苗,以CAR-T和TCR-T為代表的過(guò)繼細(xì)胞療法和以PD-1/PD-L1靶點(diǎn)為核心的免疫檢查點(diǎn)抗體及藥物研究的主要產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)和研究方向的全面梳理,加深對(duì)本領(lǐng)域發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的整體把握。通過(guò)分析上述代表性腫瘤免疫療法的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),為研發(fā)工作提供參考,同時(shí)針對(duì)我國(guó)在該領(lǐng)域的研發(fā)現(xiàn)狀與存在的問(wèn)題,提出加強(qiáng)統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃、注重基礎(chǔ)研究、重視專利保護(hù)以及加強(qiáng)科學(xué)監(jiān)管的發(fā)展建議,為如何更好的發(fā)展我國(guó)腫瘤免疫治療領(lǐng)域提供參考意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, tumor immunotherapy research has made a breakthrough, related technology and product research and development has shown explosive growth, many biotechnology companies and pharmaceutical companies have invested in it, the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce. How to seize the opportunity in the future and stand out in the international competition is an urgent problem to be considered at present. Through the comprehensive combing of the main products, techniques and research directions of tumor vaccines, adoptive cell therapy represented by CAR-T and TCR-T, and immune checkpoint antibodies and drug research with PD-1/PD-L1 targets as the core, Deepen the overall grasp of the current situation of development in this field. By analyzing the technical characteristics and development trend of the representative tumor immunotherapy mentioned above, this paper provides a reference for the research and development work, and puts forward strengthening the overall planning and paying attention to the basic research in view of the present situation and existing problems of the research and development in this field in our country. The development suggestions of paying attention to patent protection and strengthening scientific supervision provide reference suggestions for how to better develop the field of tumor immunotherapy in China.
