腸道菌群通過腦腸軸影響腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展

【摘要】:正常情況下,人體腸道內(nèi)菌群保持相對穩(wěn)定的狀態(tài),共生菌、益生菌和病原菌的比例維持相對穩(wěn)定。腸道菌群失調(diào)可改變腸道內(nèi)的生理環(huán)境,還能通過各種途徑引起人體腸外組織器官生理狀態(tài)的改變,甚至影響腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展。腦腸軸是其中一條通路,由免疫、代謝、神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌和迷走神經(jīng)等途徑構(gòu)成。本文旨在討論腫瘤和腸道菌群之間的關(guān)系以及腸道菌群通過腦腸軸的4條途徑改變機(jī)體的應(yīng)激水平,從而影響腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展的相關(guān)機(jī)制,同時就腸道菌群調(diào)控在腫瘤治療中的作用進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:Under normal conditions, the intestinal flora of the human body is kept relatively stable, and the proportion of the symbiotic bacteria, the probiotics and the pathogenic bacteria is maintained relatively stable. The intestinal flora imbalance can change the physiological environment in the intestinal tract, and can cause the change of the physiological state of the organs and organs of the human body through various ways, and even influence the development of the tumor. The brain-intestinal axis is one of the pathways, which is composed of the routes of immunity, metabolism, neuroendocrine and vagus nerve. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the relationship between the intestinal flora and the intestinal flora, and to change the stress level of the body through the four ways of the brain-intestinal axis, so as to influence the mechanism of the development of the tumorigenesis, and also discuss the role of the intestinal flora regulation in the treatment of the tumor.
