【摘要】：子宮頸癌是婦科常見惡性腫瘤,不同于大多數(shù)婦科腫瘤的手術病理分期,宮頸癌主要采取臨床分期,依據(jù)仍主要依賴臨床醫(yī)師的體格檢查,存在一定的主觀性。核磁共振因其對軟組織具有高度辨識性,其直觀、無創(chuàng)、無輻射等優(yōu)點使其在臨床中得到廣泛應用,隨著核磁共振技術的開發(fā),近年來功能性核磁共振即核磁共振彌散加權成像在臨床上的應用越來越受到重視,被列為磁共振常規(guī)檢查序列。我們將從以下幾個方面闡述其在宮頸癌分期、評估宮頸癌治療效果方面的臨床應用。
[Abstract]:Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor of gynecology, which is different from the surgical and pathological stage of most gynecological tumors. Cervical cancer mainly adopts clinical stage, and still mainly depends on the physical examination of clinicians, and there is a certain subjectivity. Nuclear magnetic resonance (MRI) has been widely used in clinic because of its high identification of soft tissue, its intuitionistic, non-invasive, non-radiation and other advantages. With the development of nuclear magnetic resonance (MRI) technology, In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the clinical application of functional nuclear magnetic resonance (fMRI) diffusion-weighted imaging (fMRI), which has been listed as routine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) sequence. We will describe its clinical application in cervical cancer stage and evaluate the therapeutic effect of cervical cancer from the following aspects.
