【摘要】：目的:研究在原發(fā)性膽囊癌中RASSF1A與Cyclin A2的表達(dá),與臨床生物學(xué)行為之間的關(guān)系,以及探討這二者之間相關(guān)性。方法:收集2007-03—2015-09青海省人民醫(yī)院手術(shù)切除的40例原發(fā)性膽囊癌和40例慢性膽囊炎(膽囊結(jié)石術(shù)后經(jīng)病理證實(shí))組織標(biāo)本,檢測(cè)在上述兩種組織中的RASSF1A與Cyclin A2表達(dá)(免疫組化三步法),統(tǒng)計(jì)兩者的表達(dá)狀況,分析有無(wú)顯著性差異性,并計(jì)算兩者有無(wú)相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:RASSF1A和Cyclin A2分別在實(shí)驗(yàn)和對(duì)照組中的表達(dá)有顯著性差異(P0.05),且二者在PGC的表達(dá)具有相關(guān)性(C=0.398)。RASSF1A及Cyclin A2在患者的年齡、性別,包括癌細(xì)胞分化方面的表達(dá)均無(wú)明顯差異。而在臟器及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、Nevin和TNM分期中差異明顯。結(jié)論:(1)RASSF1A與CyclinA2蛋白異常表達(dá)可能參與膽囊的惡變過(guò)程。(2)RASSF1A與Cyclin A2蛋白在膽囊癌中呈現(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,可能兩者間存在負(fù)反饋調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制。(3)RASSF1A與Cyclin A2蛋白與膽囊癌的關(guān)系,為原發(fā)性膽囊癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展、預(yù)后及治療方式的選擇提供參考。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the expression of RASSF1A and Cyclin A2 in primary gallbladder carcinoma and its relationship with clinical biological behavior. Methods: 40 cases of primary gallbladder carcinoma and 40 cases of chronic cholecystitis (pathologically proved by pathology after operation) were collected from 40 cases of primary gallbladder carcinoma and 40 cases of chronic cholecystitis (confirmed by pathology after operation) in Qinghai Provincial people's Hospital in 2007 / 03 / 2015 / 09. To detect the expression of RASSF1A and Cyclin A2 in the above two tissues (three-step immunohistochemical method), to statistics the expression status of the two tissues, to analyze the significant difference between the two tissues, and to calculate the correlation between the two tissues. Results: there was a significant difference in the expression of RASSF1A and Cyclin A2 between the experimental and control groups (P0.05), and the expression of RASSF1A and Cyclin A2 in PGC were correlated with each other (C = 0.398). RASSF1A and RASSF A2 were correlated with the age and sex of the patients. There was no significant difference in expression in differentiation of cancer cells. There was significant difference between Nevin and TNM stages in organ and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: (1) the abnormal expression of RASSF1A and CyclinA2 proteins may be involved in the malignant process of gallbladder. (2) there is a negative correlation between RASSF1A and CyclinA2 protein in gallbladder carcinoma. (3) the relationship between RASSF1A and Cyclin A2 protein and gallbladder carcinoma provides a reference for the occurrence, development, prognosis and treatment of primary gallbladder carcinoma.
