【摘要】：EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)是胃癌發(fā)生的生物學病因之一,EBV相關(guān)性胃癌(EBV associated gastric carcinoma,EBVaGC)具有獨特的臨床病理學特征,其預(yù)后相對較好,因此EBV導致胃癌的機制研究也備受關(guān)注。近年來,隨著分子生物學技術(shù)的發(fā)展,EBVaGC組織中EBV病毒基因表達的研究逐漸增多,為EBVaGC的診斷、治療和預(yù)防提供了一定的理論依據(jù)。本文就EBVaGC組織中EBV病毒基因的表達進行綜述。
[Abstract]:EB virus (Epstein-Barr virus,EBV) is one of the biological causes of gastric cancer. EBV associated gastric cancer (EBV associated gastric carcinoma,EBVaGC) has unique clinicopathological characteristics and its prognosis is relatively good. Therefore, the mechanism of EBV leading to gastric cancer has attracted much attention. In recent years, with the development of molecular biology technology, the study of EBV virus gene expression in EBVaGC tissues is increasing, which provides a theoretical basis for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of EBVaGC. This article reviews the expression of EBV virus gene in EBVaGC tissues.
