【摘要】：子宮肌瘤是女性最常見的良性腫瘤之一,目前的治療以手術(shù)治療為主,術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率高,缺乏可以長期控制其進(jìn)展的藥物。醋酸烏利司他作為一種選擇性孕激素受體調(diào)節(jié)劑,能夠控制肌瘤的增長、減輕癥狀,且能夠長期持續(xù)用藥,為子宮肌瘤的藥物治療帶來了新的希望。本文綜述了目前醋酸烏利司他應(yīng)用于子宮肌瘤治療的有效性和安全性的相關(guān)研究。
[Abstract]:Uterine leiomyoma is one of the most common benign tumors in women. As a selective progesterone receptor modulator, Uli's acetate can control the growth of myoma, relieve the symptoms, and can be used continuously for a long time, which brings new hope for the drug treatment of uterine leiomyoma. This review reviews the current studies on the efficacy and safety of Uli stetrate acetate in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.
