【摘要】：目的探討胃癌的環(huán)境危險因素及其人群歸因危險度。方法通過病例-對照研究,收集福建省仙游縣醫(yī)院經(jīng)組織病理學確診的新發(fā)胃癌共335例;同期按年齡、性別進行匹配,選取醫(yī)院其他科室病人和健康人群作為對照。通過問卷調(diào)查獲取病例及對照的飲食、飲食習慣等信息。應用條件Logistic回歸進行胃癌環(huán)境危險因素的單因素和多因素分析并計算人群歸因危險度。結(jié)果多因素條件Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果:最早使用農(nóng)藥年齡≤18歲,飲食較燙,經(jīng)常食用腌菜,經(jīng)常辛辣飲食,高鹽飲食為環(huán)境危險因素,人群歸因危險度分別為38.95%、26.92%、25.38%、22.70%、21.59%,綜合歸因危險度為84.82%。結(jié)論使用農(nóng)藥、經(jīng)常食用腌菜及不良飲食習慣(較燙、辛辣飲食及高鹽飲食)是仙游縣胃癌發(fā)生主要影響因素,指導仙游縣居民正確噴灑農(nóng)藥、健康的飲食習慣對防控胃癌有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the environmental risk factors and population attributable risk of gastric cancer. Methods 335 cases of newly diagnosed gastric cancer confirmed by histopathology in Xianyou County Hospital of Fujian Province were collected by case-control study and matched by age and sex. The information of diet and diet habits were obtained by questionnaire. Univariate and multivariate analysis of environmental risk factors of gastric cancer was performed by conditional Logistic regression and population attribution risk was calculated. Results the results of multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the earliest age of pesticide use was less than 18 years old, the diet was hot, pickled vegetables, spicy diet, high salt diet were environmental risk factors, the attributable risk of population was 38.95, respectively. 26.92, 25.38, 22.70 and 21.59. the overall risk is 84.82. Conclusion Pesticide, regular consumption of pickled vegetables and bad eating habits (hot, spicy and high-salt diet) are the main influencing factors of gastric cancer in Xianyou County, and guide the residents of Xianyou County to spray pesticide correctly. Healthy eating habits are of great significance to the prevention and control of gastric cancer.
