【摘要】：正患者女性,69歲。于20年前B超示右腎積水,無(wú)尿痛、血尿,無(wú)排尿困難,無(wú)畏寒、發(fā)熱,無(wú)咳嗽、咳痰,無(wú)腹痛、腹瀉,未予重視。2016年10月26日來(lái)我院就診,體檢:雙腎無(wú)叩擊痛,膀胱區(qū)無(wú)充盈。CT檢查:右腎體積增大,形態(tài)不規(guī)則,右側(cè)腎盂、腎盞及輸尿管上段明顯擴(kuò)張、積水,右側(cè)輸尿管壁稍增厚,右腎實(shí)質(zhì)變薄、內(nèi)見(jiàn)多發(fā)囊性灶伴鈣化,右側(cè)腎盞內(nèi)見(jiàn)多發(fā)結(jié)節(jié)狀致密影。左腎形態(tài)可,實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)見(jiàn)囊狀低密度影及結(jié)節(jié)狀鈣化影,左側(cè)腎盂、輸尿管走行區(qū)未見(jiàn)明顯擴(kuò)
[Abstract]:Female patient, 69 years old. Twenty years ago B-mode ultrasound showed right hydronephrosis, anuria, hematuria, dysuria, cold, fever, cough, expectoration, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc. CT examination showed that the right kidney was enlarged in volume, irregular in shape, dilated obviously in the right renal pelvis, calyx and upper ureter, had hydrops, slightly thickened the right ureteral wall, thinned the right renal parenchyma, and had multiple cystic foci with calcification. Multiple nodular dense shadows were seen in the right renal calyx. The shape of left kidney can be seen, cystic low density shadow and nodular calcification can be seen in parenchyma, left renal pelvis and ureteral route area are not obviously enlarged.
