ercc1基因在食管鱗癌中的表達(dá)及其臨床意義
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between the expression of cross complementary gene 1 (ercc1) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods the expression of ercc1 gene in 110 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 110 cases of distant carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical staining. The relationship between the expression of ercc1 gene and the clinicopathological features and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was analyzed. Results there were 69 cases of high expression of ercc1 gene and 41 cases of low expression of ercc1 gene in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, the high expression rate was 63%. The high expression rate of ercc1 gene in distant carcinoma was 8 cases and low expression in 102 cases, the high expression rate was 7%. The positive expression of ercc1 gene was associated with the age of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (蠂 2 + 0.006), sex (蠂 2 0. 034), tumor size (蠂 2) 1.84 4 (P 0. 175), depth of tumor invasion (蠂 2 0. 020) and tumor invasion (P 0. 889). There was no correlation between lymph node metastasis (蠂 2 / 0 979) and history of alcoholism (蠂 2 / 3.816 / P = 0.051), but there was no correlation between lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree (蠂 2 / 4.542) and pathological stage (蠂 2 / 6.203) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. There was a correlation between P0. 013 and P0. 013. The expression of ercc1 gene was correlated with the prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion the high expression rate of ercc1 gene in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is much higher than that in distal carcinoma, and the expression of erc C1 gene is correlated with the degree of cell differentiation and pathological stage of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The survival time of patients with high expression of ercc1 gene was shorter than that of patients with low expression of ercc1 gene. Therefore, there was a correlation between ercc1 gene and the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. It can be used as a predictor of prognosis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
