【摘要】：目的探討宮頸癌組織中細(xì)胞周期依賴性蛋白激酶8(CDK8)、p53、血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子(VEGF)表達(dá)水平,及其與腫瘤血管生成的關(guān)系。方法收集該院收治的宮頸癌患者60例,檢測(cè)宮頸癌組織中CDK8、p53、VEGF及微血管密度(MVD),分析CDK8、p53、VEGF、MVD與宮頸癌患者主要臨床特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 VEGF陽性患者M(jìn)VD水平高于VEGF陰性患者(P0.05),CDK8陽性患者M(jìn)VD水平高于CDK8陰性的患者(P0.05)。p53陽性與陰性患者M(jìn)VD水平比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。與癌旁組織比較,宮頸癌組織中VEGF(+)、CDK8(+)、p53(+)及MVD水平升高(P0.05)。與宮頸癌國(guó)際婦產(chǎn)科聯(lián)盟分期Ⅰ期患者相比,Ⅱ~Ⅳ期患者的VEGF(+)、CDK8(+)、p53(+)及MVD水平升高(P0.05)。與腫瘤細(xì)胞高分化患者相比,中、低分化患者的CDK8(+)水平升高(P0.05)。與鱗癌患者相比,腺癌患者的VEGF(+)和MVD水平升高(P0.05)。多元線性回歸分析顯示,VEGF和CDK8是宮頸癌組織中MVD水平的影響因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論宮頸癌組織中CDK8、VEGF和p53蛋白表達(dá)水平升高,促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)和轉(zhuǎn)移,CDK8、VEGF可能與腫瘤血管生成有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression levels of cell cycle dependent protein kinase 8 (CDK8), p53 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) (VEGF) in cervical carcinoma and their relationship with tumor angiogenesis. Methods CDK8,p53,VEGF and microvessel density (MVD),) were detected in 60 patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital. The relationship between CDK8,p53,VEGF,MVD and the main clinical features of cervical cancer was analyzed. Results the MVD level in VEGF positive patients was higher than that in VEGF negative patients (P0.05), and the MVD level in CDK8 positive patients was higher than that in CDK8 negative patients (P0.05). There was no significant difference in MVD level between p53 positive patients and CDK8 negative patients (P0.05). Compared with paracancerous tissues, the levels of VEGF (), CDK8 (), p53 () and MVD increased in cervical carcinoma (P0.05).
