Trim28、PRR11在結(jié)腸癌中的發(fā)生、發(fā)展及其臨床意義

【摘要】:目的:探析Trim28、PRR11在結(jié)腸癌中的表達(dá)及其發(fā)生、發(fā)展中的意義,對(duì)Trim28、PRR11在結(jié)腸癌臨床診斷中的表達(dá)價(jià)值進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),為臨床診斷和治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法:此次研究納入97例結(jié)腸癌患者作為主要研究對(duì)象,病例納入時(shí)間為2015年9月~2016年10月。選擇97例結(jié)腸癌患者的腫瘤組織、及其中34例結(jié)腸癌患者距腫瘤邊緣6cm以上的正常組織為主要研究?jī)?nèi)容。對(duì)腫瘤病理組織和正常組織進(jìn)行免疫組化檢測(cè),檢測(cè)兩種組織中的Trim28、PRR11,對(duì)Trim28、PRR11與結(jié)腸癌臨床病理組織相關(guān)參數(shù)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果:(1)Trim28、PRR11陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率:結(jié)腸癌組織的Trim28的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率為94.85%,PRR11的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率為91.75%,正常組織的Trim28的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率為26.47%,正常組織中PRR11的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率為38.24%。通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩種指標(biāo)的病理組織和正常組織對(duì)比差異顯著,P0.05,存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。(2)相關(guān)性上:在相關(guān)性方面:Trim28的表達(dá)與結(jié)腸癌腫瘤的腫瘤大小、TNM分期、腫瘤分化程度上存在明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05);PRR11的表達(dá)與結(jié)腸癌腫瘤的TNM分期、腫瘤分化程度上存在明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05);結(jié)腸癌病理組織中Trim28、PRR11的表達(dá)情況與患者的性別、年齡無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05)。(3)Trim28、PRR11表達(dá)對(duì)結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞增殖的影響:結(jié)腸癌病理組織的細(xì)胞增殖OD值明顯低于正常組織,組間差異存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(4)Trim28、PRR11表達(dá)對(duì)結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞遷移的影響:結(jié)腸癌病理組織的細(xì)胞遷移距離明顯低于正常組織,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,P0.05,組間差異較為顯著。結(jié)論:結(jié)腸癌中Trim28、PRR11的高表達(dá)與結(jié)腸癌的發(fā)生、惡性腫瘤的發(fā)展行為均存在明顯相關(guān)性,可為臨床診斷和疾病進(jìn)展提供判斷依據(jù)。降低結(jié)腸癌組織中Trim28、PRR11的高表達(dá),可抑制結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞增殖、遷移,是結(jié)腸癌治療的靶點(diǎn),同時(shí)也是對(duì)結(jié)腸癌患者進(jìn)行預(yù)后判定的主要指標(biāo)之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the expression and development of Trim28,PRR11 in colon cancer and evaluate the value of Trim28,PRR11 expression in the clinical diagnosis of colon cancer so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: 97 patients with colon cancer were included in the study from September 2015 to October 2016. The tumor tissues of 97 patients with colon cancer and 34 normal tissues above the margin of tumor were selected as the main contents of the study. The relationship between Trim28,PRR11 and clinicopathological parameters of colon cancer was compared and analyzed by using Trim28,PRR11, in tumor tissues and normal tissues. Results: (1) the positive expression rate of Trim28,PRR11: the positive expression rate of Trim28 in colon cancer tissue was 94.85 and the positive rate of PRR11 was 91.755.The positive expression rate of Trim28 in normal tissue was 26.47 and the positive expression rate of PRR11 in normal tissue was 38.24. Through statistical analysis, we found that there was significant difference between pathological tissue and normal tissue of the two indexes (P 0.05). (2) correlation: the expression of 1: Trim28 was correlated with the tumor size and TNM stage of colon cancer tumor. There was a significant correlation between the expression of PRR11 and the TNM stage of colon cancer tumor and the degree of tumor differentiation (P0.05). The expression of Trim28,PRR11 in the pathological tissue of colon cancer was correlated with the sex of the patient. There was no significant correlation of age (P0.05). (3) Trim28,PRR11 expression on the proliferation of colon cancer cells: the OD value of cell proliferation in pathological tissues of colon cancer was significantly lower than that in normal tissues. There was significant difference between the groups (P0.05). (4) Trim28,PRR11 expression on the migration of colon cancer cells: the distance of cell migration in pathological tissues of colon cancer was significantly lower than that in normal tissues (P0.05), the difference between groups was more significant. Conclusion: the high expression of Trim28,PRR11 in colon cancer has a significant correlation with the occurrence of colon cancer and the development of malignant tumor, which can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and disease progression. Reducing the high expression of Trim28,PRR11 in colon cancer tissue can inhibit the proliferation and migration of colon cancer cells. It is the target of colon cancer therapy and one of the main prognostic indicators for colon cancer patients.
