甲狀腺未分化癌組織vWF表達與血管生成擬態(tài)相關性研究
[Abstract]:Objective the expression of tumor derived von Willebrand factor (von Willbrend factor,vWF) and the formation of angiogenic mimicry (vasculogenic mimicry,VM) are high frequency events in highly malignant tumors. In this study, the expression of vWF and the level of VM were detected in undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma. The expression of vWF and its correlation with the formation of VM in tumor tissue were studied at the histological level. Methods Sixty-three cases of undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma were selected from Gansu Provincial people's Hospital (20 cases) and Gansu Cancer Hospital (43 cases) from January to January 2014-12-31, 2000. At the same time, 63 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma in Gansu Provincial people's Hospital were randomly selected as control group. The expression of vWF protein in thyroid tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method and the VM level was detected by double staining of CD31 and PAS. Results there was no expression of vWF protein in normal thyroid tissue, and 5 cases (7.90%) were positive in papillary thyroid carcinoma. 31 cases (49.20%) of thyroid undifferentiated carcinoma showed vWF positive expression. The positive expression of vWF in undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma was not correlated with sex, age, tumor size and lymph node metastasis. VM was associated with distant metastasis (蠂 2 + 5.341) and clinical stage (蠂 2 / 24.753) in normal thyroid tissue. The formation rates of papillary carcinoma and thyroid undifferentiated carcinoma were 0 / 3.20% and 34.92%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups. The expression of VWF was positively correlated with the VM level and the maximum diameter of the tumor (蠂 2 / 24.789 / P 0.029), lymph node metastasis (蠂 ~ 2 / 25.684P / 0.028), distant metastasis (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 / 4.722 / P ~ 0.030) and clinical stage (蠂 ~ 25.777A / P 0.061). The expression of VWF was positively correlated with the VM level. Conclusion there is high expression of vWF in undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma. The high expression of vWF and the formation of VM may be one of the factors leading to poor prognosis of undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma.
