【摘要】：腺苷信號(hào)通路是惡性腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展重要調(diào)節(jié)因素。CD73的酶活性可以將一磷酸腺苷水解為腺苷,是產(chǎn)生腺苷的關(guān)鍵分子。最新研究發(fā)現(xiàn),CD73在多種癌癥細(xì)胞系和患者腫瘤組織中呈過表達(dá)現(xiàn)象。CD73的表達(dá)情況和癌癥患者的臨床病理特征及預(yù)后相關(guān)。證實(shí)CD73是惡性腫瘤發(fā)展的一種關(guān)鍵因子。以CD73為靶點(diǎn)的靶向治療惡性腫瘤的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)已經(jīng)取得了可喜的效果,并使得抗CD73靶向治療可能成為一種頗具前景的腫瘤治療方法。本文就CD73在各種惡性腫瘤中的表達(dá)情況及其對(duì)患者預(yù)后的影響,CD73與腫瘤生長(zhǎng)、腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移等的關(guān)系,CD73在腫瘤微環(huán)境中免疫抑制作用以及抗CD73治療腫瘤等方面進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Adenosine signaling pathway is an important regulatory factor for the development of malignant tumors. The enzyme activity of CD73 can hydrolyze adenosine monophosphate into adenosine, which is the key molecule of adenosine production. Recent studies have found that the overexpression of CD73 in various cancer cell lines and tumor tissues is related to the clinicopathological features and prognosis of cancer patients. It is confirmed that CD73 is a key factor in the development of malignant tumor. The animal experiment of CD73 targeted treatment of malignant tumor has achieved gratifying results and made anti-CD73 targeted therapy a promising tumor treatment method. This article reviews the expression of CD73 in various malignant tumors and its influence on prognosis. The relationship between CD73 and tumor growth, tumor metastasis and immunosuppressive effect of CD73 in tumor microenvironment, as well as antitumor therapy with CD73, are reviewed.
