血管生成抑制蛋白1和結(jié)腸癌轉(zhuǎn)移相關蛋白-1在肺鱗狀細胞癌中的表達及其臨床意義

【摘要】:目的檢測肺鱗狀細胞癌(LSCC)中血管生成抑制蛋白1(vasohibin-1)和結(jié)腸癌轉(zhuǎn)移相關蛋白-1(MACC1)蛋白的表達及其相互之間的關系,并探討它們與LSCC患者臨床病理因素的關系。方法利用免疫組織化學ElivisionTMplus方法檢測160例LSCC和80例正常肺組織中vasohibin-1和MACC1蛋白的表達情況。結(jié)果在LSCC組織中,vasohibin-1和MACC1蛋白的表達陽性率分別為59.4%和57.5%;對照組中,vasohibin-1和MACC1蛋白的表達陽性率分別為11.3%和8.8%,其表達差異在兩組之間有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。vasohibin-1和MACC1蛋白的表達陽性率在LSCC患者腫瘤組織的不同分化程度之間、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移與否之間以及TNM不同分期之間差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);且vasohibin-1蛋白的表達陽性率與MACC1蛋白的表達陽性率之間呈正相關關系(P0.001)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析表明在LSCC中vasohibin-1和MACC1蛋白陽性表達組患者術后總的生存時間明顯低于其陰性組患者,log-rank分析其差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義。多因素回歸分析表明vasohibin-1和MACC1蛋白的陽性表達及TNM分期是影響LSCC患者術后生存的獨立預后因子。結(jié)論異常表達的vasohibin-1和MACC1可能參與了LSCC的發(fā)展,并促進其浸潤和轉(zhuǎn)移;在LSCC患者中聯(lián)合檢測vasohibin-1和MACC1蛋白的表達對預測其發(fā)展和預后均有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of angiogenesis inhibitor protein 1 (vasohibin-1) and metastasis associated protein 1 (MACC1) in (LSCC) of lung squamous cell carcinoma and their relationship with clinicopathological factors in patients with LSCC. Methods the expression of vasohibin-1 and MACC1 protein in 160 cases of LSCC and 80 cases of normal lung tissue were detected by immunohistochemical ElivisionTMplus method. Results the positive rates of Vasohibin-1 and MACC1 protein were 59.4% and 57.5% in LSCC and 11.3% and 8.8% in control group, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05) .Vasohibin-1 and MACC1 protein were positive. The rate of sex is between the different differentiation degree of tumor tissue in patients with LSCC. There were significant differences between lymph node metastasis and different stages of TNM (P0.05), and there was a positive correlation between the positive rate of vasohibin-1 protein expression and the positive rate of MACC1 protein expression (P0.001) .Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that vasohibin-1 and MACC1 eggs were expressed in LSCC. The total survival time of white positive expression group was significantly lower than that of negative group. Multivariate regression analysis showed that the positive expression of vasohibin-1 and MACC1 protein and TNM stage were independent prognostic factors for postoperative survival of LSCC patients. Conclusion the abnormal expression of vasohibin-1 and MACC1 may participate in the development of LSCC and promote its invasion and metastasis. It is important to detect the expression of vasohibin-1 and MACC1 protein in LSCC patients for predicting their development and prognosis.
