血管生成抑制蛋白1和結(jié)腸癌轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)蛋白-1在肺鱗狀細(xì)胞癌中的表達(dá)及其臨床意義
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of angiogenesis inhibitor protein 1 (vasohibin-1) and metastasis associated protein 1 (MACC1) in (LSCC) of lung squamous cell carcinoma and their relationship with clinicopathological factors in patients with LSCC. Methods the expression of vasohibin-1 and MACC1 protein in 160 cases of LSCC and 80 cases of normal lung tissue were detected by immunohistochemical ElivisionTMplus method. Results the positive rates of Vasohibin-1 and MACC1 protein were 59.4% and 57.5% in LSCC and 11.3% and 8.8% in control group, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05) .Vasohibin-1 and MACC1 protein were positive. The rate of sex is between the different differentiation degree of tumor tissue in patients with LSCC. There were significant differences between lymph node metastasis and different stages of TNM (P0.05), and there was a positive correlation between the positive rate of vasohibin-1 protein expression and the positive rate of MACC1 protein expression (P0.001) .Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that vasohibin-1 and MACC1 eggs were expressed in LSCC. The total survival time of white positive expression group was significantly lower than that of negative group. Multivariate regression analysis showed that the positive expression of vasohibin-1 and MACC1 protein and TNM stage were independent prognostic factors for postoperative survival of LSCC patients. Conclusion the abnormal expression of vasohibin-1 and MACC1 may participate in the development of LSCC and promote its invasion and metastasis. It is important to detect the expression of vasohibin-1 and MACC1 protein in LSCC patients for predicting their development and prognosis.
