【摘要】：正絨癌是一種高度惡性的滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞腫瘤,早期癥狀無(wú)明顯特異性,與異位妊娠相似,可能于腹腔鏡探查中意外發(fā)現(xiàn)并診斷。現(xiàn)將我院1例疑似異位妊娠腹腔鏡術(shù)后意外診斷絨癌報(bào)道如下。1病例介紹患者:女,42歲,因停經(jīng)2月余,不規(guī)則陰道流血1月余于2016年7月4日入院。末次月經(jīng)2016年4月28日,6月3日開始無(wú)明顯誘因出現(xiàn)陰道流血,量接近平時(shí)月經(jīng),4 d干
[Abstract]:Orthochoriocarcinoma is a highly malignant trophoblastic tumor. Its early symptoms have no obvious specificity, similar to ectopic pregnancy, and may be unexpectedly detected and diagnosed during laparoscopic exploration. The last menstrual period began on April 28, June 3, 2016. There was no obvious cause of vaginal bleeding. The amount of blood was close to normal menstruation and was dry for 4 days.
