上皮間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化和腫瘤干細(xì)胞在胰腺導(dǎo)管腺癌不同部位
[Abstract]:Objective: the difference between intraepithelial mesenchymal transformation and stem cells has rarely been studied. The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of epithelial mesenchymal transformation and tumor stem cell related markers in different parts of human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and to explore their association with clinicopathological features. Methods: pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma was divided into three parts: core, middle and periphery. Three different tumor tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma were obtained from 20 surgical patients. The pathological image analysis software Image Pro Plus 6.0 was used to quantify the immunohistochemical staining results. Total optical density (IOD) represents the expression level of tumor stem cell marker CD44 and epithelial mesenchymal transformation marker E-cadherin and N-cadherin. The clinical significance of the expression of tumor stem cells and epithelial mesenchymal transformation markers in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma was also analyzed. Results: the expression of CD44,E-cadherin and N-cadherin in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly different from that in corresponding paracancerous tissues (P0.05). However there was no significant difference in epithelial mesenchymal transformation and tumor stem cell markers in the core central and peripheral areas of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (P0.05). In addition, the high expression of CD44 and N-cadherin, and the low expression of E-cadherin were related to lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion (P0.05). CD44 was positively correlated with N-cadherin (P0.05) E-cadherin was negatively correlated with CD44 and N-cadherin (P0.05). Conclusion the high expression of CD44 and N-cadherin is associated with the low expression of E-cadherin and lymphatic metastasis and vascular invasion. Furthermore, in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, the characteristics of tumor stem cells are closely related to the epithelial interstitial transformation process.
