【摘要】：體力活動與乳腺癌術(shù)后患者的生活質(zhì)量密切相關(guān),包括頻率、持續(xù)時間、強度等要素。目前尚無統(tǒng)一的測量工具,常用的方法有主觀測量和客觀測量兩種。主觀測量方法主要有體力活動日記、體力活動問卷,由被調(diào)查者自我報告體力活動狀況;客觀測量方法有雙標(biāo)水法、間接熱量測定法、運動傳感器測定法、心率監(jiān)測法。乳腺癌術(shù)后患者的年齡、文化程度、社會和經(jīng)濟地位、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)與其體力活動水平相關(guān),疾病與治療相關(guān)情況、心理和社會支持情況、健康相關(guān)生活質(zhì)量亦會影響其體力活動水平,建議此類患者在術(shù)前提高自己的體力活動水平。
[Abstract]:Physical activity is closely related to the quality of life of breast cancer patients, including frequency, duration, intensity and other factors. At present, there are no uniform measuring tools. The commonly used methods are subjective measurement and objective measurement. Subjective measurement methods mainly included physical activity diary, physical activity questionnaire, self-report of physical activity by the respondents, objective measurement methods were double-labeled water method, indirect calorimetric method, exercise sensor method, heart rate monitoring method. Age, education, social and economic status, body mass index (BMI) were correlated with the level of physical activity, disease and treatment, psychological and social support. Health-related quality of life can also affect their physical activity level. It is recommended that these patients improve their physical activity level before operation.
