【摘要】：體力活動(dòng)與乳腺癌術(shù)后患者的生活質(zhì)量密切相關(guān),包括頻率、持續(xù)時(shí)間、強(qiáng)度等要素。目前尚無(wú)統(tǒng)一的測(cè)量工具,常用的方法有主觀測(cè)量和客觀測(cè)量?jī)煞N。主觀測(cè)量方法主要有體力活動(dòng)日記、體力活動(dòng)問(wèn)卷,由被調(diào)查者自我報(bào)告體力活動(dòng)狀況;客觀測(cè)量方法有雙標(biāo)水法、間接熱量測(cè)定法、運(yùn)動(dòng)傳感器測(cè)定法、心率監(jiān)測(cè)法。乳腺癌術(shù)后患者的年齡、文化程度、社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)地位、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)與其體力活動(dòng)水平相關(guān),疾病與治療相關(guān)情況、心理和社會(huì)支持情況、健康相關(guān)生活質(zhì)量亦會(huì)影響其體力活動(dòng)水平,建議此類患者在術(shù)前提高自己的體力活動(dòng)水平。
[Abstract]:Physical activity is closely related to the quality of life of breast cancer patients, including frequency, duration, intensity and other factors. At present, there are no uniform measuring tools. The commonly used methods are subjective measurement and objective measurement. Subjective measurement methods mainly included physical activity diary, physical activity questionnaire, self-report of physical activity by the respondents, objective measurement methods were double-labeled water method, indirect calorimetric method, exercise sensor method, heart rate monitoring method. Age, education, social and economic status, body mass index (BMI) were correlated with the level of physical activity, disease and treatment, psychological and social support. Health-related quality of life can also affect their physical activity level. It is recommended that these patients improve their physical activity level before operation.
